      An excellent service experience! Shout out to DGDG group for continued preowned & unexpected service need shortly after purchase.

      My fabulous 2007 G35 was stolen, 2 days after it was home from being repaired after it was vandalized. After considering Toyota & Honda, I wanted something different. Mazda! I ended up driving almost 2 hours to Stevens Creek Mazda, San Jose, to purchase a 2016 preowned Mazda 6. The car had to be jumped 2 times in order to test drive, not a good sign. The dealership installed a new battery at no charge, and was most considerate in their understanding of my "pressure buying" situation. I wrote my 1st ever Yelp review praising my unexpected positive used car purchase experience, particularly after having to deal with funky online car sites, and the dealerships who received these lead generators. This is my 2nd Yelp review.

      Easter Sunday my car fob wasn't working....trunk wouldn't open, doors wouldn't unlock, car wouldn't start (only got one fob upon purchase as this was not a pre-certified situation). I looked for another DGDG Mazda dealer closer to my home, and found Concord Mazda to go to for an additional key. I had planned on going there to purchase a back-up fob (not inexpensive) once all car purchase costs (car needed additional repairs) were paid for at the end of the month. Unfortunately, my timing didn't work out to my benefit. Couldn't tell if it was a battery issue with the fob, or if I had bigger issues. There was no way to tell if it was fob battery as I didn't have another key to compare it to. Of course, as this was my 1st pre-owned car purchase, I got very nervous about possibly buying a lemon, and frantic over how much more money I would have to put into the car.

      I spoke with Celestina, (not sure of correct spelling) Receptionist, on Sunday, and she was incredibly helpful. I made arrangements to come by the next day to the Parts Dept. to have them replace with a Mazda fob battery. We also made a diagnostic appointment for the following Thursday in case it wasn't a fob battery issue. (It is a very busy department, I suggest planning ahead for service appointments). Unfortunately, the fob didn't work with the new battery.

      On Thursday, AAA came to tow me out to Concord, and the great driver suggested that he try to jump the car just to make sure that wasn't the problem. I told him it would be hard to believe that the battery had died in that I had just had a new battery installed upon purchase. Wouldn't you know it, the car started...it was the car battery! For some reason, I just didn't think the fob battery issue would be impacted by the car battery as it was brand new.

      I was able to drive to Concord Mazda, and worked with Millie Ramos, a fabulous Service Advisor. She kept me informed throughout the appointment on what was happening, and it ended up they found a TRACKER hidden under the hood that was draining the battery...what!?! They asked to keep the car overnight to run more tests with and without the tracker. They were kind enough to provide a ride to Concord BART, shout out to Danny the driver! :)

      Their keeping me informed as to the car's status was excellent, and the videos they provided of the services rendered came as a complete surprise. Not only did they show me where the tracker was under the hood, they did a complete FULL inspection of the car (i.e. car up on lift, tires removed) to make sure that everything was in excellent operating condition.

      After all of this, they didn't charge me for any parts or labor, incredibly appreciated! I did get the new spare fob as I didn't want to be caught in this situation ever again!

      The DGDG group rocks!

      I called this dealership to get a comparative quote for some work on my Mazda 6. Unlike the other Mazda dealership I called, they refused to provide a quote for the specific job. They insisted on charging $285 for a diagnostic that they said would not be applied to the cost of the job - replacing the serpentine belt.


      The quote I got for that job by the other dealership was less than the cost of the diagnostic here!

      The service department here is a rip off! Avoid them unless you like throwing money away.

      After a year in storage, I brought my car into a different Mazda dealership to get an oil change and check up. The car should have had a pristine check up since I spent $2,754 at Concord Mazda for a 115K checkup where all of the fluids and filters were allegedly supposed to be replaced.

      I saw a video of the fluids and filters that were extremely dirtly that looked like they hadn't been replaced in years. It's borderline fraud when a business charges $2,754 for services that they didn't actually perform. Absolutely outraged.

      Had a good experience. Erik Olson took care of everything. Mazda has always taken care of my car and happy with the customer service. They go above & beyond. Their waiting area is nice. They always have coffee & water. It's a nice & relaxing place while waiting for my car.

      DO NOT GO HERE FOR MAINTENANCE. I was pressured into getting a 30k maintenance package. I later find out from my own mechanic that a lot of those things on that list should've been complimentary. This is very deceiving. Erik Ohlson is the service advisor who belittled me and made me feel pressured into doing this for my car. He is very rude and condescending. He was even complaining about me to the next customer in line. Bottom line, do not go here for service. Please support a local mechanic who will not con you into unnecessary services.

      I talked to salesperson Alex multiple times before taking Uber to travel 70 miles to buy a car. Supposed the car was not in stock. But Alex tried to sell me a different trim of the car saying that's the one I wanted and acted as if he didn't know the other trim was sold. Totally unprofessional.

      Took my car for service on a Friday. Said the $951 service would take 6 hours. Didn't finish by close of business, didn't offer me a loaner car, didn't offer me a courtesy ride, was closed over the weekend. Charged a 3% fee for using my credit card which was apparently disclosed by little signs and was notified after the paperwork was signed. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Hopefully my car lasts.

      Marie Ang at Concord Mazda provided great help in selecting our new Mazda CX-5. She was helpful every step of the way, from initial selection to car delivery.
      Will definitely buy car there again and highly recommend Marie and Concord Mazda to new car buyers!

      Concord Mazda is the real deal, and Marie Ang made my car-buying journey truly hassle-free.

      Marie's attention to detail shines--online application, personalized vehicle walkthrough, and even a full gas tank. But that's not all! Anibal Seminario, our finance guy, was a rock star too--super knowledgeable and efficient.

      Unlike other dealerships (cough Dublin Mazda cough), Concord Mazda gets it right with efficiency and personalized service. Skip the headache and head straight to Concord Mazda, especially if you're lucky enough to work with Marie Ang and Anibal Seminario.
