Had a flat tire due to leaking valve stem, contacted Concord Tires and they were able to accommodate my car, fixed the issue the same afternoon.

This is an old review but I had to come back and leave this review to confirm that I got ripped off here. I normally get any tire repair in Oakland where I pay $20. I was in the area and came here needing to patch a slow leak. I was told $70! I asked why it was that much when I can go to Oakland and the guy insisted because "it's a Tesla tire" BS trying to convince me that it's more expensive. I got a different tire repaired at RT Tire in Pacheco and they charged me $25, and yes they explained the Tesla foam lining to me. Overall, I felt like I got scammed and I will not be back.

Wow. This place has exceptional customer service and some of the best prices around. They were professional, polite and above all honest and hardworking. Sid and his team took great care of my car and made sure it was as good as new. They communicated via text when the car was ready which was great since I was in meetings most of the day. Their exceptional service will keep me as a customer for life.

Service is very reliable, fast and efficient, good price, and people are nice and professional.

Brought our Tesla there to change 2 tires. Before we went there, we took photos of all 4 rims just to ensure there are completely no scratch. When we pick up our car, there are 3 visible scratch on 1 rim. We immediately notified the associate. He called the boss who named Sid. Sid said he's out of town and would take care of it on Monday. When we got there on Monday, Sid wanted us to leave our car there for 3 days to have the scratched rim repaired. We refused because we need the car to take our kids to school as well as going to work. So, we told Sid that we could not accept the offer as solution. Then, his temper started to go off even more and wanted to kick us out of the shop. So, we asked what's the alternative solution and Sid said he would pay us $100 in cash. Of course, we refused the offer because there's no way we can fix the scratch with $100. I believe it cost around a little less than $200 to fix any scratch after sending out quote request via Yelp to several rim repair guys.

After we refused his solution the 2nd times, Sid decided to call the cop and wanted the cop to escort us us out of the shop. So, we just sat there and waited for the cops to show up. The cops couldn't really get involved but they understood that Sid scratched our rims and we SHOULD accept his offer because there's nothing that they could do in this situation.

Therefore, we accepted his $120.00 cash although we understood that there's no way we could get the rims repaired with $120.00.

Be AWARE and do NOT go there if you care about your rims!

As a single old blonde woman - I can't stand dealing with car issues! I needed one tire and that's it - I received amazing customer service from Sid - he took extra time to educate me about codes on the tires - he special ordered exactly what I needed.

Was looking for a shop that could recondition my wheels (because mine were corroded around the bead and wouldn't make a clean seal against my tires so I was constantly losing air).

Sid, the man running the shop was very responsive, accommodating, and wanted to help even though he couldn't do the work in-house. I had been looking for a shop to help me with this work for a few weeks Sid was very straight forward and responsive.

I am so grateful for the great service that concord tires gave me and will be going back soon to get some new tires. Work was done at a fair price.

Concord Tires is my favorite and go to place for Tires hands down 100%. Sid is very honest and professional. He got me tires for my car that no other dealer could and his prices beat anyone out there. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Sid and team are outstanding. This is the 2nd time I've been their customer and no doubt I will continue to return for all my tire needs. Fast quote over phone / text, great prices, tires delivered overnight, and lightening fast service while I waited (less than 30 minutes for 2 tires - I kid you not!). The small amount of money I would have saved at the membership warehouse stores (you know what I'm talking about), was not worth the inconvenience that comes with waiting in line to place your order, then waiting for your tires to arrive, then waiting to get an appointment when the tires do come in, and then...yup, you guessed it ...waiting yet again to install your tires because they give you a 4 hour installment timeframe.
