Cosmo Jump

It was a joy to rent from Cosmo Jump, one of the easiest parts of organizing a recent birthday party. They were friendly, took care of the permit side of things as we were using the jumpy in San Carlos parks. They arrived when they said they would, then set everything up and even though we finished a bit early, they made sure to get there so we weren't hanging around. Their prices were reasonable too.
I will go straight to Cosmo next time I need a party rental.

Unfortunately this business does not rent out just their machines such as sno cone or cotton candy machines poor listing or information on the business and for yelp listing them when that all I searched for.

Rented a bounce house w/ banner and generator for my daughter's birthday party in a park. Eric and team were super responsive throughout the process. Bounce house quality was better than expected and pricing was reasonable. Would use them again for future parties and highly recommend if you're looking for inflatable options.

This review is long overdue. My son's birthday party was last summer and I wanted to have a small party in our backyard due to the pandemic. I found Eric per family recommendation for a jumper rental. I was pleasantly surprised that Cosmo also has rentals for tables, chairs and canopies. I needed all of those so I was happy to rent them all together from the same company.

Eric was quick with providing a quote and communications via email. He asked for the dimensions of our backyard and found a jumper that would fit our turf area. On the setup date, he brought another jumper-slide combo just in case it would fit. It didn't but it was fine because we still had a jumper. He set up all the tables, chairs, canopy and jumper. He showed us how to inflate it, which was just a matter of plugging it in. He also wiped and sanitized all the items including the inside of the jumper. All the kids, especially my son enjoyed the jumper very much.

We were able to keep the rentals through the weekend and got to enjoy them without additional cost. Eric came to break down everything the following Monday. He was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Cosmo for any child's party.

On time for drop off, which was extremely important, considering it was for a kids bday party.
I only wish they would've communicated with me more after setup to get exact details of when they'd be back, also, before they left, after tear down.
I wasn't able to tip them or thank them for their service. I had tacos and a tip for the workers, but they bounced immediately w/o word, I didn't even see them leave.
Otherwise, extremely happy with service, id def hire them again.

We've rented jumper houses from Cosmo Jump twice now. Every time has been a smooth and great experience. You have to reserve through their website and they get back to you via email or phone rather quickly. Pricing is super affordable too. They confirm your delivery the date before your party or function and they're always on time for delivery and set up. Great customer service! Would definitely continue to rent from Cosmo Jump. They have tons of options for jump houses and games. They pick up and disassemble right on time as well.

Cosmo Jump and Eric are the best. They were a huge help to me when another vendor couldn't follow through for my event. They are courteous, responsive, kind, and punctual--all so important when planning hectic kids gatherings! So grateful for their local service for our community.

We rented a jumpy house from Cosmo Jump for my son's party this past weekend. Communication was great from the start. They were on time and set up was easy. The jumpy house was clean and in great shape. I will use Cosmo Jump again in the future.

I contacted Cosmo jump for a jumper rental and Eric was so accommodating for our very last minute request. They have such a great selection of items, it was almost hard to pick! He confirmed quickly and let me know the afternoon before what time he would be coming to set everything up. On the day of set up, it all went up quickly, quality was great and they had everything wiped down before the kids got jumping inside. He was very friendly and responsive - we would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Cosmo Jump was an excellent local business that provided an awesome experience for my sons 3rd Birthday. Eric the owner and operator was super friendly and very easy to schedule with.

Absolutely wonderful service. We had the worst experience with Bay Area Jump for my sons birthday so a few weeks later I decided to order from Cosmo to make it up to my son. His own jump house for the day. It was last minute and Eric was so accommodating. He even brought a bounce house with a hoop to make it extra cool. He was on time, and really friendly. I will never order from anywhere else. If you are looking for a bounce house/birthday party stuff.....don't waste your time anywhere else. Check my review out on Bay Area Jump. You'll see the hell I went thru. This was easy, affordable and pleasant. Eric came to pick up the bounce house and saw our son was still playing, so he's leaving it overnight. Pretty awesome.
