Was very satisfied with my heating and air condition that they installed. I have received multiple estimate but I have chosen this company. Hopefully people understand they're spending thousands of dollars on fixing heater and cooler and I have save some money by using this company please call them before you use other company.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with costless heating & cooling. We had a client whose AC just went out and I was looking for some to help figure out the problem. I called Sal to discuss the options & ultimately opted for installation of a NEW HARD START KIT & CAPISTOR SYSTEM.
Sal and his crew did an amazing job with the project.
They were able to install everything in a day. The crew did an incredible job installing the system and left my clients home spotless afterwards. Now my client is able to keep his house at a comfortable temperature year round with a highly efficient capistor!

This is the second time I have reached out to this company for service and again was not disappointed. I spoke with Sal about replacing the air conditioner at my rental. Due to the high temps we were experiencing I was concerned installing a new unit quickly might be challenging. Sal went to the property same day got back to me with total cost and scheduled an install date within a couple of days. My renters said the installers arrived on time and were polite and professional. I highly recommend this business for all around excellent service and value. This company is awesome

Professional and responsive. I called the phone number and the vm box was full but the owner Sal must have got a notification and called me back in minutes. I needed someone to work on our tenant's AC unit because it was stopped working. He scheduled an appt immediately with me and by the next morning it was fixed.

Pleasant experience. Very nice guy and explained things to me on the phone. Really appreciated the service.

He provided his assessment on our AC issue and provided a couple of option. We ended up choosing the replace the AC unit. Set up another appointment for that in 2 days. Everything was done in a day.

Abraham came instead of the owner who communicated with me.

Abraham is so young that I worried if he had enough experience. Within 5 minutes he identified the issue. Within 10 minutes, he fixed the problems. It was the capacitor. Turned out he's like in his 30s and been doing this for 6 years.

After he fixed the problems, he took time to check the temperature to make sure it's cold enough. I was pretty happy with his thoroughness.

Value is hard to say, normally a capacitor cost $150-$400. They charged me $3xx so I didn't think it was unreasonable. However, $49 service fees was reasonable.

They were pretty prompt. Service requested on Wednesday and they came Friday.

All in all, I'm pleased.

I used CostLess at a previous home and decided to call them up again when we were having issues with our AC not blowing cool air any more. Just like years ago, I had another great experience. This time, Sal came to service my home, and it looks like he was teaching his son the ways of the HVAC trade which my wife really enjoyed.

Not only did Sal come on time (he actually contacted me to see if he could come earlier, which was great), but Sal knew immediately what was wrong, which happily cost less to fix than what I thought the original problem was. Sal fixed up our AC unit in no time (it ended up being the capacitor) and also asked me about installing an add-on to help the capacitor function better and last over the long haul. While Sal was there, he helped to shore up the insulation on the exposed pipes which we really appreciated.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Sal from Costless Heating and Cooling. When my Airbnb home's AC stopped working on a particularly hot day, it was crucial to get it fixed promptly for the comfort of my guests. Sal responded on the same day I called for service, diagnosing and providing a temporary solution that ensured my guests stayed comfortable.

Recognizing that my old AC unit needed replacement due to the phase-out of the current freon, Sal and his crew efficiently replaced the unit just two days later. The cost was very reasonable, and the new unit comes with a 5-year labor and 10-year parts warranty, giving me great peace of mind.

Sal's promptness, professionalism, and expertise exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with the service from Costless Heating and Cooling and highly recommend them.

Update2:
It turned out not a wiring issue. I paid $100 for electrician for the diagnosis. It is the refrigerant leaking issue. The pressure was 0 which should be detected by a A/C guy. I hired another A/C guy to confirm this.

Update1:
I know there is a 95 diagnose fee. But I am under the assumption that the issue can be fixed at additional cost. I am totally OK with that. However, you did not mention your team can not fix it in the same day and can come some days later is an option.

What makes me more confused are the reviews from Hung and Tina, which describe the same situation. But they were not charged for the diagnose fee. So I felt I was treated differently.

Just be aware there are chances that they cannot fix the problem and have to refer you to a electrician. But the diagnose fee will still be charged.
My case was the thermostats wire has no voltage and they cannot fix it.
