Cousins Cleaners

I came in a few months ago to get a pretty expensive coat dry cleaned and get the zipper repaired. The coat was new but my storage wasn't great to it over the summer. Anyways, I got it a few weeks later (I was traveling) and I paid a total of $79 not including the tip. I guess the price was this high because the coat was ankle length. I didn't really like the new zipper, very bulky and rough, but it was better than nothing. They had also called me to see if I'd accept a metal silver zipper. The zipper broke the next day after pick up and it tore the coat! It wasn't till later on that same day I also realized the lining was also torn. If the coat was delicate I would not have expected them to still do the work plus I had no choice but to wear it and had no other tears or issues.

My boyfriend goes here to get his shirts dry cleaned and they do a good job and deliver. However, he took two of my brand new sweaters to be sewn in the front because they would open up around the buttons. They did a beautiful job on one and lost the other and could not care less. Also, when you go in there you're made to feel like a nuisance. I'll be finding another place.

I needed an evening gown cleaned. Friends suggested Cousins Cleaners and I am very HAPPY I used them. They were able to take out a stain and the dress looks great. The service was courteous and professional. I will use them again.
I also used them to clean my coat and suits- getting ready for cold weather. Everything was perfectly cleaned and packaged.

Cousins cleaners located on Clove Road is the worst dry cleaning place. Customer service is horrible the staff that work there are very nasty and curse at customers when they are challenged why the items don't look like they did anything to them, the clothing that is dry cleaned is very sloppy and they are way over priced this is not Manhattan so why are they asking for Manhattan prices. I will never step foot in that place again. I will be taking my business else where.
