Cousin's Kiosk & Engraving

This place is AMAZING!! My sister and I have had several items engraved here. They are engaging, friendly and prompt. Had a little small issue, the owner came to pick up the item and returned it in restored condition. That type of service is so rare today, no one takes time to intentionally provide excellent customer service.....Cousins did!
And the prices are very affordable and competitive.

Highly recommend and will use for all of my engravings moving forward!

Watch battery is ok but I was not treated well compared to a man who was getting service at the same time. He was called "Sir", I was belittled.

I had a fantastic experience at Cousins Kiosk & Engraving! I called the day before needing a key copy for my 2004 Hyundai Sonata. Angelo answered at 5:30, even after closing at 4, discussing options with a friendly demeanor. Despite my embarrassment for calling late, he helped me out. The next day, he promptly copied my key for a fair $12. Great business, hardworking owner, excellent customer service. I'll be back for knife sharpening or engraving--and for sure, if I ever lose my car key again!

Without a doubt the best engraving I have found anywhere. We were getting our engraving through someone else, and we were very happy with what they did. BUT Cousin's is next level great.

Had 2 watch batteries changed here. Super fast, reasonably priced and nice owners. Convenient location and can have a cup of coffee at Starbucks while you wait. Also a great place for keys and engraving. Highly recommend!

I needed my watch resized so I sent them a message over the Yelp app and Angelo responded in less than 5 minutes with a quote and told me that I could drop by anytime I like. Fortunately I was able to fix the looseness of the band myself but I am definitely going to Cousin's Kiosk & Engraving for my future needs. Thank you Angelo!

Poor customer service and work. Scratched a brand new leatherman while engraving and was crooked within the setting even though he used a "ruler". He doesn't know what level means. Only offered a discount at first until
I complained and he gave it to me free. Point is, never offered to give me costs of new knife and said he would be disappointed too. Angelo is a joke- And this was a present too...

I needed a name added to a plaque. There were 3 names already there. I asked to have the new name match. I was told he did not do the "black" lettering and the font would be a little different. I was ok with not having the black and if it was close it would be ok. When I picked it up I was surprised to see how much smaller the text was then the previous names which resulted in the new name not lining up with the others. This was not "a little different". He should have just told me couldn't do it. And he charged me $20 for 13 letters!

In reading a fellow Yelper's story, about having Cousin's engrave his rifle stock, I was reminded of my own initial experience with this business. It's a story that bears repeating, I believe.

To the best of my (fuzzy) recollection, this happened in 1998. Give or take a year. I had just received a gift of my first-ever Maglite flashlight. Right away, I was keen to have it engraved with my nickname. (Maglites are made of adonized aluminum). I opened the PHONE BOOK to "Engraving" and started making calls. Most places politely declined, due to the curved surface, where I wanted the engraving done. Upon calling Cousin's I was immediately & cheerfully told, "Sure! No problem! Bring it on by."

Again, my recollection is fuzzy, so regarding the details of the turnaround time and cost... I don't exactly remember. I do know that it was quick and affordable, though. The work was top-tier professional and I was treated so well. Unfortunately, I ultimately lost that flashlight to a leaking D-Cell, so I can't take a photo of the engraving.

Since then, they've been my "go-to" for a variety of things, especially challenging key-related stuff,  including setting me on the right path about goofy proprietary mailbox keys... to helping with fobs, "FOBIK"s and chipped keys, for our vehicles. The wise, all-knowing Keymaster always comes through.
