Cpa Valet

As a Self Service Valet Parking advocate I am in a position to truly appreciate a parking job well done. During my recent scouting trip to the Northern California area you name was associated with great parking. I can add no additional comments other than agree with the previous posts.

These young gents park cars like no other. I host over 100 parties a year, and they execute them to perfection. Gerry and Patrick are a match made in heaven.

How could this valet service get a near perfect rating? No one admitted to any fault when I came back to my car only to notice that my rear bumper was scuffed on my porsche inches away from a pole! Yet no one stepped up and said it was me let alone offered to report any incident!

The other night my husband and I last minute decided to go to dinner at Ayawaska in Novato. Parking was limited and challenging and CPA offered valet parking. The service was excellent, fast and made it so convenient for us. Thanks CPA!

I am so disappointed with this company Cpa Valet. I hired them for my daughters wedding. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we had to cancel the wedding which was disappointing.
Every other vendor was responsive and understanding returning all deposits.
Not this company. I actually paid in full upfront because I trusted the sales rep and felt good about his sales pitch.
The owner reassured me by email she would take care of this over a month ago. I have not gotten another response nor have I received my refund.
Please do not use this company they are deceitful and not at all honorable people.

I have been working with Soraya the VP / Partner of the business on the office technology side of their business and she has been extremely wonderful to work with and seems to be very much on top of things...you can tell a lot about a company by the quality of the leadership and from the top down this company seems to be a stellar organization with a very high quality service and employees who really care! I would highly recommend them for any of your Valet needs!

Can I give no stars? Because that is exactly how many stars these guys deserve. I am still pissed off they damaged my car. They have poisoned me against every valet ever from this point on. I will never trust a valet service again, thanks to these guys at CPA Valet. If you choose to use them as your valet, I HIGHLY recommend walking around the car with the attendant - both before and after parking the car - to confirm there is no damage inflicted by CPA

These guys ROCK! They were polite, unobtrusive and did a great job valet car's for my husbands 50th. Best money I have spent for a party!

Absolutely the best. These guys looks sharp, are clean cut, and handle customer cars with care. They're everywhere, in Napa, SF, and Marin County. Pricing for private events is very reasonable for what they provide.

This is the worse valet service I have ever encountered- especially when it comes to customer service. This parking service supports valet parking at the Townhouse Grill in Emeryville CA. I went to lunch at the Townhouse Grill on Friday January 19 2018. The valet attendant who parked my car lost my keys. He spent 45 minutes looking for them in between parking cars. My spouse had to drive from San Francisco to the East Bay on a busy Friday to bring the extra set of keys so I could get home. I then had to pay over $400 for a replacement key. Patrick, the owner of CPA valet told me on January 19, that once I had the replacement key, send him the receipt and I would be reimbursed for the replacement cost. After a month of contacting the company and being told three times that my "check was in the mail", I still have not been reimbursed for the cost of the replacement key much less reimbursement for the inconvenience and time this has cost me.
