Craftsman Collision

My rocker panel on the left side of my Acura TSX detached after I accidentally drove over a median at an intersection. They reattached it for me in a matter of minutes with no charge. Fantastic friendly service and very helpful.

They fixed our car through an icbc claim. We got side swiped by some fast and the furious Vancity driver. Booked online, came in on an earlier date by mistake and they were very nice and willing to fit me in earlier than my booked date. They estimated 4 day repair job as the parts had to be order and one part was backordered. They ended up fixing everything one day earlier and were able to get the backorder part faster than expected. I was updated at various points of the repair, they did a great job of communicating the status of my car without me having to ask! Overall great and amazing front line staff (we all know the mangers be hiding in office lol). Keep up the great work!!

An earlier attempt to post a Google Review about your company's exemplary customer service unfortunately failed - particularly as it related to your West 1St Street location and your courteous and knowledgeable service advisor "Mike." It was obvious from the start that Craftsman - if this outlet is any example - that as well as respecting one another - the respect with which staff members treated my wife, other customers and me left us in no doubt that our vehicle was in good hands. Mike, of course, was our principal point of contact. His service and attention to detail was exemplary and helped transform what might otherwise have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Our thanks to Mike, as well as the other front-line staff members with whom we briefly came into contact.

I honestly could not give a more glowing review about Dave at Craftsman Collison in North Vancouver. A tremendous service professional who went out of his way to give me excellent service above and beyond reasonable expectations.

Not only did they do a fantastic drop on my vehicle and leave it immaculate, but he was also kind enough to drop my keys off at my place after hours that I left in the courtesy vehicle. Craftsman Collision on the Northshore is a real treasure when your car needs body work. Whether it's Justin Greg or Matt or any of the craftsman you can't find better service or quality work. My car came back quickly and it was like a new car and cleaned and ready to drive away. Justin got me a rental car and he handled all the ICBC paperwork perfectly leaving me to enjoy the experience

This operation is the best I have encountered, the staff were efficient and very personable, particularly Mathew and Andrew with whom I dealt, and I was so impressed with their repair to my car which had minor damage from an unknown motorist who had clipped off the driver-side mirror. When I got my car back, the windows had been cleaned and the car vaccuumed! I can honestly say, my car came back better than it was before the accident.

This was not the first time I had to use Craftsman Collision on West 3rd St in NVancouver. There is always apprehension in these covid-19 times however I had no concerns whatsoever with this business. My car was brought in for body repair and it looked very good, when the work was done.

Wow! I just picked up my Lexus and this shop did a wonderful repair. Excellent customer service and a nice gift left on my seat. I recommend this shop for auto body repairs.

Such great service. I had some body work done and they did a great job. When I picked it up they had cleaned the interior better than I could do myself and on the passenger seat were some little gifts, nice touch! These days you don't get these little extras too often and it's appreciated. Patrice was my service rep and he was excellent. Lifetime warranty on their work while you own the vehicle.
