Craftsman Collision

Back in February 21/24 my Dodge Dakota was rear-ended and left me with a protruding out of shape rear bumper. Reported the incident to ICBC immediately and was given the green light to have the bumper replaced.
Long story short, I had tried three well known body shops in town which all had long waiting periods for the initial appointments. One after the other gave me the same story we can't find a replacement for the year of this truck.
I am now at my wits end and driving on my way home I thought to stop at Craftsman Collision in retrospect I should have tried first.
Fast forward four months later after getting the runaround from the other body shops I met with estimator Riley at CC and explained my situation. He immediately got his manager Matt Greenberg involved and within 10 minutes he had procured an aftermarket bumper that matched the original. Matt is a young and personable manager with very good and resourceful connections. Throughout the process his staff were cordial and responsive. After a few days in the shop I had a straight and shiny looking like new bumper. This is a very busy shop but if you want the job done right I highly recommend Matt and his capable staff to look after your vehicle.

Craftsman Collision are amazing - really! These guys are incredible - really professional and unbelievably helpful. We needed a piece glued on to our car, and they did this for us gratis/free. Absolutely no charge! And they even returned our car to us freshly washed and shiny! All of this was performed without charge - although we wanted to pay for the wonderful service. If you are ever looking for professional, supportive service - go to these guys. We live partly in Toronto, and we have commented (in astonishment) that you'd NEVER NEVER get service like this in Toronto. These guys are honest, they are professional, and they provide over-the-top customer service.

Ive never been more impressed with any automotive shop. I'm not mechanically incline, and I have been wanting to have the bumper cover replaced by the right person(s. I purchased the bumper cover over a year ago, and I completely repainted it and pit it back togethe, only not to be able to put it back on my car. In the time it took me to find the parts I had and gather them together, I heard a voice from the front of the car say" it's all done". The did it right and fast. Now I can enjoy my 2001 Toyota Echo fully. I won't ever go anywhere else for auto body repairs. Thanks guys. You saved me so much stress.

I had the best experience with Craftsman. Even though I am an 80+ yr.old lady, I was treated with respect, politeness, was never patronized,, which is incredibly unusual for my age group, and gender. The manager, Sebastien, called me regularly to keep me updated about delay in parts being delayed. All in all, an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend them. My 2014 BMW i3 electric now looks brand new,:) :)

I had my bumper repaired and it looks fantastic. It took longer than expected due to shipping issues on the other end but Stefan (the manager) kept me updated regularly. Brought it back for another small problem and they sorted it right away. They dealt with the rental car company as well

I give Craftsman here on Esquimalt Road my total recommendation. They are professional, do a high quality job, and go the extra mile for you. This is after they worked on my car (paint) three different times.

Could not be better. From initial photos and setting an appointment for the bodywork repair, to providing me with a car to use (as per my insurance coverage) and doing the work, the service was excellent. Very friendly staff. High quality work.

Had a great experience here after bringing my SUV in after a minor accident. The customer service was fantastic. They were open and upfront about everything involved. They also provided me with a courtesy car for the entire time mine was under repair. It was a 2013 Toyota RAV 4 so not some old junker.

When I went on holidays while the vehicle was away, they went out of their way to give me a ride home when I temporarily returned the courtesy car as I didn't need it when I was out of town.

They also are airmiles partners so if you use airmiles you can stand to gain good amount of them as they give you airmiles based off the entire cost of the repair, not just what you pay for your deductible. I also used a coupon with it and walked out with nearly 600$ airmiles!

Overall, this is a collision place you can trust with your vehicle and your money.
