Never in a million years would I have thought I would leave a repair shop ecstatic - but today I did! My BMW X3 needed a tune up for longer than I would like to admit and then yesterday started throwing me warning lights about the driver restraint system, TPMS, the AC/heat was flickering on and off along with my I-drive. I called and was able to bring my car in this morning bright and early which was helpful for my extremely erratic work schedule. Derek was great and listened to my probably not well explained issues I had been having with the car and called me after a test drive to confirm what they had found, including a left low light that was out. Pricing was reasonable and they were able to change my oil as well- better yet he said my car would be ready same day! When I went to pick it up and pulled out of the parking space I noticed my headlight that was repaired shorted out and I received an error light confirming the low light malfunction. I pulled back in and informed the team of what was happening and they were able to re-examine the light and replace the faulty bulb right then and there- only took about 20 minutes and they stayed after hours to do so. Two bonuses- they washed my car and replaced the battery in my spare key fob for me as well!!! Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful and I would recommend this shop to anyone, not just those with German cars due to the level of professionalism and quality of their work. 100% will be back.

Ashley is the BEST! Let me just start off with that. This was my first accident and I was clueless on the process. Ashley walked me through it and she was patient with all of my questions.

Service was terrible . They are not organized and does sloppy work. I do not recommend this place to anyone .

Horrible experience. I'm still mad about it months later. sent my car in to get some minor damage to my front. Car basically ran like new until they touched it. They took my brand new tire jack and tire iron set out my trunk and threw some old raggedy jack in there instead. And I can't prove it but I swear they swapped some of my car parts out with old worn out parts. Never, ever take your car to these people. Bunch of crooks.

They were the least expensive of 3 quotes I received to fix my Audi's light damage (by a couple hundred $). Fixed quickly and completely. Only problem was that I received two premature alerts that the car was ready when it wasn't. That was irritating AF. Call to confirm before you head over to pick it up.

I brought my car in for a self pay estimate. I own a trucking business and we regularly get body work done from scratch and dents. Here I had to bring in my personal car. From experience I knew crash champions charged a premium but because this location is close to home I gave it a shot but ended up falling for a bait and switch that wasted days of my time.

I dropped off the car for an estimate and waited nearly two hours. The estimate was slightly higher than a location around half an hour away so I decided to schedule work with CC.

I brought in the car in the morning and that night they called saying that they had to increase the cost by 40%. That is real money.

They called me at 530 pm and told me the car was taken apart so I couldn't get it back. I asked them to please just let me pick it up as is so I could take it somewhere else for a quote. They told me they couldn't do that because ???? But they would call me when the car was ready.

They never did. I then called two days later to figure out what was going on. They hadn't put the car back together but it was "ready" for pick up.

I brought the car to Michelle's in berwyn and they were nearly half the price and do awesome work.

Even if insurance is paying, you shouldn't pay their rates. Your premiums will go up and they are ripping people off.

If they are charging a premium they certainly need to do better with service.

The incompetence of their client contact Stanford, is abysmal. I'll give it to him. He is a very pleasant man...but not once, but twice he called me to pick up my car post-accident of which the other driver's insurance was covering...first time I come to pick up my BMW 650i there's a gloved thumbprint and black plastic chips dried in the paint... they fixed it after clearly not inspecting, are doing any type of QA process for the clients. So I wait another two weeks. Got a call that my car is ready... I'll leave the driveway and immediately to check engine light goes on and throws major errors...AGAIN ZERO QA process. Crash Champions marked my car is picked up and then fight with insurance about fixing what they never fix in the first place. Stanford boldface lied to me several times on the phone. All these lies were caught out once I talk to insurance, and they gave me the context of the conversation with them and Stanford. Avoid at all costs. Stanford doesn't take accountability and clearly this Crash Champions has zero quality assurance processes so if you want your time wasted, definitely go here.

Just picked up my car after a week in the shop. Panel is clearly misaligned. Body shop rep acknowledged and told me they would fix and will send me an email. Looking through the yelp photos apparently I'm not the only one. Haven't received an email. I have to bring in another day. This is after I dropped off the rental car. What a joke....still waiting to hear from them.

My insurance sent me here after a hit and run and I didn't think twice after seeing the rating on google. When I went to pick up my 2021 Santa Fe they had lost my $150 floor mat for my trunk - then accused me of lying that I ever had one, and then conveniently found it after I argued with them and made them look twice. They damaged the new bumper that they just replaced- then accused me of the damage, saying it wasn't in the area of the wreck. WHAT? you replaced the whole bumper, and again after arguing with them they realized that they replaced the bumper and then damaged the new bumper. There were paint bubbles all over the repaired areas, paint on the windows, new pen marks on my leather interior, peeling paint on the bumper, and the gas cover was never repaired and is still bent out of shape saying "there's nothing we can do about that" WTF?! - that's your whole job! THEY BROKE MY DOOR HANDLE! There were pieces of plastic and metal stuck in my tires, missing nuts under the wheel well, the quarter panel was still misaligned. WTF?! Your whole job is to repair the car and it's almost in worse shape after?!?! When I complained they took it another day and buffed out the paint. The broken door handle, misaligned panel, and bent fuel cover were not fixed - not to mention there are still issues with the paint. How can you give a car back to a customer like this?! My insurance company (Progressive) said "it's functional" so the job was complete. WTF?! It was "functional" when I brought it in, you're supposed to make it look like it did before the accident! That was it - the supervisor Edgar - the same guy that accused me of lying twice and was then found to be wrong, said the job is done and there's nothing they can do. I just filed another insurance claim against Crash Champions for damaging my car. They have a lifetime warranty on their terrible work which makes it useless. DO NOT GO HERE!

Terrible service. Dishonest staff. They provide false representation that vehicle is complete. When I picked up vehicle work was not complete, on two separate occasions. They report other problems that came up on vehicle when it was in their possession like a tire slashed. They did not know how tire was slashed even though it was not slashed when I brought in for repair --- weeks earlier. Somehow weeks after they had my car my tire mysteriously became slashed. My insurance company paid for work and they refused to complete repairs they were paid to repair. It is a huge mistake to go to this shop. They are not ethical and do not to competent work. Save yourself frustration and go someplace else that values their customers. Terrible service and terrible work.

If you want your car fixed in a timely manner don't go here.
Took them two weeks to manage to repair the vehicle and then charged almost 1K.
