Cresco Equipment Rentals

Cresco team at the Danville location has provided us with excellent equipment rentals, propane gas refills, tool rentals, trailers, etc., and items are in good condition, and team supports customer's needs thoroughly. In most recent rental of a trailer, Craig was efficient and covered all my requirements with a wonderful customer focus, and David set everything up in the equipment yard. Really appreciate this great team!

Always a great experience at the Danville cresco. We have a small renovation at the house and I needed a saw to remove a few door casings. Maurice was super helpful - found the right saw, blades etc for the job! In and out in less than 10 minutes. Drop off was a breeze and he even took back my unused blades! A+

I rented a power washer to clean the pavers in my backyard, and agreed to rent the larger one that Cresco recommended. After trying about three dozen times to start it (checking the choke, waiting a bit to make sure it wasn't flooded, etc.), I gave up.

When I took it back (after about one hour of the four-hour rental period), it started after the third try, so I figured it must have been something I did. Nonetheless, I let Cresco decide whether to charge me.

Not only did they charge me the $119 rental fee, they charged me the whole $200 -- which included the $81 deposit. And although they told me they would refund the entire amount, I wound up having to file a dispute with Amex and wait WEEKS to get the $81 back.

I used to use Cresco all the time. Not a chance I'll ever use it again. Next time, I'll be going to Home Depot.

My husband went there to and got the most remarkable customer service today that he asked me to write a review because he doesn't have a yelp account. Andrew you did a hell of a job and delivered a remarkable customer experince. My husband can't stop talking about it.

I've been renting equipment from Cresco off and on over the past 19 years. Recently rented a trailer to move stuff to my storage unit. Can always count on great service here. If I need a hand tool or wood chipper, Cresco is my go-to pit stop.

The team at the Danville location is very helpful. The equipment is sound, the rates are fair and the staff is great. Maurice has gone out of his way to make sure I was aware of a schedule change due to the holidays. He drove during his lunch break to my home when me phone # was not updated. I just bought a chainsaw from Craig at Cresco. He was very helpful with advice and showing me how to operate the saw. They also filled out the warranty info for me, gassed and lubed up the saw before sending me home.

I usually go to Cresco to rent heavy equipment and it's good to know they are also a good option for purchasing tools.

I called two days in advance to reserve a Thatcher, went in today, staff was friendly, helpful and I picked up the Thatcher without any problems. I have to return it tomorrow and noticed there is a Misc. fee and a fuel convenience fee. I'm not sure what those are since the contract states I need to return the Thatcher full.

Hopefully no issues, otherwise, I may need to update this review.

These 5 stars go completely to Andrew. He was very helpful explaining how the dehumidifier works. I kept asking questions, and he kept giving me answers. I took notes, and everything Andrew stated, I wrote down. He loaded the machine in my SUV, and removed it when I returned.
Now for the best part. I bought my own dehumidifier, and I was having trouble. I called Andrew, and he brought up the manual online. He got the machine to start working over the phone!

I have used equipment from Cresco rentals on many occasions to do one-off jobs. I have rented a super tall extension ladder to clean all the windows in my house, I have rented a tree saw to clear branches and a power washer.
Service is very professional, and equipment is well-maintained.
