I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Aire. They are the nicest and most professional people. I needed both my dishwasher and refrigerator repaired. They located the problem with my dishwasher and came back the following day with the part to repair it. My refrigerator freezer was overheating and not keeping my food frozen. This was a second hand refrigerator and I had been having lots of other problems with it over the years. It was going to be an expensive repair and I really didn't want to put that much money into it but I couldn't afford a brand new one. They said they could find me a refurbished one for a lot less and they would make sure it was in good working condition . They sent me pics ahead of time to make sure it was one I would like. It was beautiful. I'd never had one that nice before.

They delivered it and had made sure it was clean and spotless and everything was working correctly on it. There were a few minor things that needed replaced such as a wheel for one of the drawers. They had already ordered the parts for it and said they would come back and replace all the little minor things when the parts come in.

They paid attention to every little detail about the refrigerator and made sure I knew exactly how everything worked and how to replace the filter and gave me lots of tips on how to keep it maintained and running properly. I am in love with this refrigerator. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

Called Crystal for a bad fan on a newer refrigerator and she fit me in quickly. Crystal and her hubby were extremely kind, courteous, and professional, and I was comfortable having them in my home.

Crystal was EXTREMELY thorough as this was the second time my fan has gone out. We talked about what the issues could be and she discussed all my options. Come to find out the last repairman had dropped a small bit of insulation into the fan which was likely the issue, but only time wold tell for sure. (Crystal even offered to call the warranty folks for me because I just didn't want to deal with them again.)

Even though I was willing to replace the fan then and there for a few hundreds bucks, Crystal encouraged me to just wait and see if the issue was resolved, and if not, she would come back out and apply my service charge to the repair. So all in all, I got two people working on my appliance for well over an hour, and Crystal only charged me the service fee. (Because yay!! The insulation was the issue.)

Called Crystal to fix a refrigerator, dryer and dishwasher. She was so personable and knowledgeable that it was refreshing. She explained what was going on as she was assessing the problems. Showed us the issues and took care of what she could while she was there. Made several calls for parts while working and let us know what she was going to do when she returned. One of the things I really appreciated was that she understood when I told her I didn't grow up with these appliances in the home (except fridge, of course), so didn't know how to clean them or upkeep them. She didn't make me feel bad or judge like some repair people do. She just took a bit of time while working to show me which parts to clean and how to get to them. She goes out of her way, and that is awesome! When Crystal and her husband came back with the parts, the fixes were quick and she made it appear easy. Love that. So far 2 out of the 3 are holding together and working perfectly. The one that isn't, is not her fault. It's a mystery. One she said she would come back and look at if it didn't stay fixed. Look no further! Crystal and her husband arrived at our place with smiles and very friendly. Like we've known them for years. Our dryer wasn't heating up. Thankfully, for a reasonable price, they were able to fix it and save us from having a fire. They explained the problem and how they were going to fix it. Such a great couple, and we found out that her husband is a plumber. So we will definitely be calling him when we're ready to have him clean our line. We HIGHLY recommend Crystal Aire Appliance Repair!!! They will be our go to from now on.

They fixed my nearly forty-year-old electric oven without hassle. Came by on the first visit to diagnose the problem (though, I already knew what the issue was) and took measurements for parts. One the next visit, one week later, Crystal was able to fix the oven and gave me a slight discount because the labor was not as intensive as anticipated.

Their service was fast and timely, and they were courteous. Were it not for them fixing our oven, we would not have been able to host Christmas dinner as planned! I would definitely recommend Crystal Aire Appliance Repair.

Awesome service! Crystal was able to keep our washing machine working for years on multiple repairs without us having to spend money replacing it. Crystal is good at troubleshooting. Honest service will fix only what is needed. Her husband Dennis is also a plumber and handyman and we use his services as well. Highly recommended.

They are the only ones who would come out when I tried for 6 months to get a repair company out. It was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, my machine is just a pure butt head and has what feels like 100 control boards. We replaced 2 of the boards, hoping it would be them, but the weird code is still showing up. There is one board left, and I am not sure if I want to throw more money at this machine or not. Samsung had said they would send someone out for $160 to diagnose the machine, and I have a sneaking suspicion that samsung is trying to have their guy come and reset some code that's in the machine just like the TPS sensors in some of the newer cars. Crystal has been very professional and has done a very thorough job. Once I have some time to mull it over, I may as well have the last board purchased, but I am not sure. Regardless, I appreciate them and the work they have done thus far. I would definitely recommend their services.

Crystal saved us thousands of dollars! Our Samsung fridge was in need of repair - (we really did not want to buy a new fridge with all that is happening with the global supply chain, and fridge prices right now.) - and luckily we found Crystal Aire.
Crystal thoughtfully diagnosed the problems, and ordered the necessary parts. She warned us the shipping would take time, and she kept us updated throughout the whole process.
When Crystal and Dennis (they are an amazing team!) arrived to install the new parts, we were super impressed as Crystal had done additional research into our fridge type, and it's problems. Our fridge is working great, and we didn't need to buy a new one thanks to Crystal!
