Nice people who really out there to help you. I had a nail stuck in the tire. I drove to this shop and they helped me removed the nail when I got there. I was lucky that the nail punctured the tire but did not cause any leak when it was removed. The entire experience took me about 15 minutes. They helped me remove the nail without any charges. That is what I meant by nice people who are out there to help you.

You know that warm, fuzzy feeling you get when you find a business owner that goes out of their way to make you feel special? That's Harry, the wonderful owner of Crystal Springs 76.

Hidden a bit down the road from the Crystal Springs Shopping Center, it's not necessarily on the beaten path. In fact, I had never been there until one day I needed propane and saw the sign as I was driving by. Turned out they were a more reliable source of supplying my fire pit addiction than Home Depot, so I went there often.

Then I get a notice that my car needed a smog certificate. Ignoring it for a few weeks while it stared at me from the front seat of my car, it finally caught my attention during a propane outing. I asked Harry if he could squeeze me in for a smog and with his million dollar smile he obliged. Next thing I know I'm back again for oil changes, brake checks and funny smells from the motor.

The pricing is reasonable, the work quality and Harry is quite simply one of the nicest people on the planet. I cannot say enough nice things about Harry and his business. Go, but do me a favor and leave some time for them to work on my car too.

Harry was very nice and his staff are all responsive and I asked if I could bring my car in for routine maintenance the next day and they said yes. They were very efficient and the price was just right. Everything looks in place after the tune-up and my car is running great. Thanks Crystal Springs 76 for a great experience!

Almost every auto repair we have needed has been handled quite well here! Hari and his staff price time again how nice it is to have this quality system nearby.

Lucky to have this gem service center in the neighborhood. Hari and his team are so kind and always provide the most excellent and quick turnaround on routine car services. I'd rather go here than BMW any day.

1). Rear end of car sagged down.
I could barely fit my hand between the top of tire and fenderwell quarter panel.
Air pump on car would raise it BUT once parked it would leak out after a period of hours.
Car had air leak in the rear drivers side shock.

2). Air conditioner had no cold air.
Connected gauges and read values. Compressor suspected as failed.

Brought it in to Hari (my first time there for service) based on the reviews I read.
Auto was finished in a few days and been satisfied so far (10 days now)
I believe the price for the two repairs are reasonable.

Where do I even start! My bf was driving us home from Daly City and all of a sudden his tire warning light alerted us tire pressure was low ON THE FREEWAY by halfmoon bay! We took the next exit and sure enough it was a flat. At 6:00pm!! We hurried and yelped somewhere and crystal springs 76 popped up. We called and asked if they patch tires and they said yes. We drove there to realize the tire wasn't patch able. A diamond file or some sort pierced through the top of the tire through the side. Harry and the guy I didn't get his name sadly, they both tried their best to patch the tire so we can make it to Costco, but no luck. We asked if they had tires in stock, but they didn't and they're not open on weekends. My bf asked if we can leave the car at their shop for the night and with no hesitation they said yes. We asked how much we owed for attempting the patch, Harry said nothing. WOW. It's been so long since we've encountered someone so honest and nice especially in the auto industry ! I ended up calling a good friend and luckily he had a tire that fit! The shop was closing up, but Harry was willing to wait 30 mins for my friend to show. Harry and his guys waited till my friend came with the tire and helped change out the tire! We are so grateful and beyond thankful for Harry and his guy! Even having to stay after closing, Harry was so reasonable with the price he charged! It's hard to come by honest guys who works on cars, I can say this is definitely the place to go! Thank you so much Harry and the guy working on my bf's car! We made it back to Hayward safely because of you guys!

i brought my car to this shop with a smog problem. they had it fixed in a day. they are one of only a few places that can repair smog systems. all those shops you see everywhere can only check smog. these guys can check them and repair them when car fails a smog test! and they are very nice and spend time explaining the repairs. top notch!!

I needed someone to put in a tire patch on my tire asap and they were able to accommodate. I appreciate businesses that pickup when you call. A lot of corporate places make you go through a huge calling tree...

Once brought in a tire with two embedded nails. They removed them and also determined that the nails had not penetrated the tire. For all the labor and time, they refused to charge me a dime. He only asked that if I needed some auto work in the future that I consider bringing in the auto there.

Day comes when I needed to recharge the AC system and so I brought in the car. Seems they are popular because they have quite a few autos needing service. Received the car and was very pleased with both the work and price. You now have a customer for life.
