*I hate to say that I have needed to go in to Elite a few times recently :( (not all my fault!!)
*On all 3 visits they have been AMAZING.
*Staff are incredibly polite, attentive and spent the time I needed in explaining exactly what to expect.
*I received a follow up voicemail at the end of the first week telling me when to expect the repairs to be finished. It was great to know what was going on!
*We originally were told that we would receive a 'Paint Pen" so that we could touch up some other scrapes (not having anything to do with the claim). When I picked up the truck I found out that they had actually done the touch ups themselves at no extra cost!!!
*The truck was washed beautifully on the outside and detailed nicely on the inside.
*The transition from my vehicle to a rental vehicle was seamless.

Hope I don't need to use them again soon but would be thrilled to recommend them anytime!!

I needed to have my car repaired following a minor auto accident. I brought the car in for a quote and when I booked to have it repaired, they were very accommodating with my work schedule since I work out of town. They offered a loaner vehicle which was very helpful. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and picked up the loaner vehicle. They texted me every day to give me an update on the progress of the repair (very nice and assuring). The best part was that it was finished a day early - amazing. I picked up my car and it was just washed and very clean. You would never know there was damage from the accident. I was very impressed with the experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend this shop to everyone. They are rock stars!

Went in on reccomendation from insurance company to fix a tiny dent on my door, and they left 2 larger dents on the inside frame of my door. Wtf!? Did they think I wasn't going to notice the damage? Not to mention all the dirt and dust (that one of the shop guys was nice enough to clean up for me when I showed him) and strong odor of some kind of noxious fumes.

The team at Elite did an amazing job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, after I was rear ended I found them online. Their online booking was super easy , they provided me with a courtesy car and daily updates on my vehicle while it was being repaired. Having dealt with other auto body shops in the past these guys certainly went above and beyond in their care , attention to detail and customer service, they even when hounded with questions from myself provided alternatives and the best possible advice on how to deal with things.

Would totally go to again and recommend to anyone in need of auto body work.

A Big shout out to Oliver and the team at Elite Auto in North Van , very professional , attention to detail and excellent body work and a 100% perfect paint match on a white pearl car . I'm very fussy about my car and these guys made me happy !

My Toyota Camry was rear ended during the big wind & rain storm in September 2015. Elite Body Shop in North Vancouver took wonderful care of me and my vehicle. Andrew and staff contacted AVIS (representative picked me up from Elite) where I received my Road Star rental vehicle. I was extremely impressed with the finished product.
2 weeks ago my car was rear ended at the airport (more bumper damage). Once again a representative from AVIS picked me up at Elite for me to obtain my Road Star Rental vehicle. Andrew and staff ensured my bumper was repaired and is good as new! When I picked my car up today I was very impressed that my car had been cleaned as well.
I am impressed with my two experiences with Elite. All staff dealing with me were very friendly and efficient. Elite is my choice of Auto Body Shops.

I thought I would give you a run down of my experience with Elite Express.

Saddened at the amount of damage caused by a hit and run, I called Elite Express. I knew they could put it right because I had trusted them before with another repair. Again, they exceeded my expectations.

I booked the car for an early morning estimate. I walked into the calm reception area and both agents immediately welcomed me, immediately reassuring me they would take care of the damage. Within 15 minutes, I had my estimate in hand. Eventually, I was able to find the person who had caused the damage and had them agree to pay for the damage. Elite made it really simple by agreeing that they would honor their estimate and take pre-payment over the phone from the other person. They called me back to book the car in at the start of the next day. So I dropped the car a few minutes early. Despite them not being officially yet open for the day's business, the agent, Oliver, saw I had arrived and immediately came to unlock the door and let me in to check the car in. Within a few minutes, I had a key to their shiny Honda Civic loaner and was promised my car would be ready to go the next day.

The Honda Civic was a joy to drive, and as expected, the next day I received an invitation by phone to go and retrieve my car. Indeed, the whole of the new bumper was looking like new. I could not tell it had been damaged at all. It feels like I'm driving a new car again.

Thank you, Elite Express!! I'm sure I'll be back again the next time I suffer an unfortunate accident in my car.

I was told the damage on my car would not be covered by ICBC when in fact, ICBC says it would be covered with a deductible.
That's a big mistake to make when advising a customer.

On three separate occasions I have had to bring my Car into Elite.

The first one was amazingly priced and they stuck right to the accuracy of the quotes they gave me and I was very please with the work. So, when I had been involved in a second hit and run I knew where to go and who to bring it to as well as what to expect in terms of quality of work. The choice was simple.

The third time I brought my car in the situation was different. ICBC was looking to write off my car and the whole team there went waaaay above and beyond in their customer service. They helped me with all that I needed and were patient with myself and ICBC throughout the whole process. As the situation got rectified they fixed my car and it has never looked better. I received several comments from family and friends on how good the work was. I Will keep coming here for their service, they've made me a customer for life. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs work on their car done, or has been involved in an accident.

Andrew and his whole team are top notch at making you feel and know that everything is in the right hands. I cannot say enough good things about this business.

Came in for an estimate and got great service. They even replaced some clamps my car was missing at no charge. Felt they gave an honest estimate with very helpful advice.
