I needed a quick connect gas line (for a flexible hose) to a portable generator that runs on natural gas. The point of connection was the gas meter, totally accessible, no new gas line required. The installation took less than an hour including a quick trip to the hardware store for parts. There was a minor hiccup with the price, mostly my own fault, but Jim made it right and that standup attitude is enough for me to recommend Curoso.

Excellent plumbing work, excellent customer service, and truly a company that cares.

If you're looking for an extremely competent, professional, and friendly plumbing service, you have reached the end of your journey. I cannot recommend Curoso Plumbing highly enough.

A year ago, one of the water heaters in my home died. My house is rather large and the two water heaters serve different parts of the house. I called several plumbing companies that service West County and scheduled an appointment with a very large, local plumbing company that has a strong reputation as "family-owned."

Putting aside the plumber's gruff nature, I explained that there was a second water in the basement and asked if it would make sense to replace both of them with one tankless water heater. He was pretty dismissive, telling me that it was too complicated a job and would be very expensive, even though the price to replace the dead unit was not cheap. I sensed that this guy did not want to do any more than the minimal work.

Later that evening Sterling from Curoso arrived at my home to look at the job. When I mentioned the second water heater, Sterling told me, unsolicited, that he could remove both water heaters and replace them with one tankless unit! He assured me that there would be minimal work to reroute some pipes and that the job could be completed within one day.

Sure enough, Sterling and his crew of three arrived the next morning and were hard at work for the next ten hours. Not only did they streamline my entire hot water plumbing operation, but they were kind enough to remove a THIRD, non-functioning water heater that the previous owners had left behind.

A day after the installation, I discovered a small vent problem with one of the lines they installed, I contacted Curoso, who had a plumber out to fix the problem the same day.

I cannot over-emphasize what a wonderful company this is.

Curoso Plumbing installed my Navien 210A2 tankless heater in November 2022. Since then, it has been running like a tank (pun intended), and I could not be happier with it. It has freed up so much space in my water heater closet which I have put to good use, installing shelves for storage.

The heater display was flashing red recently (although I was still getting hot water). I reached out to Curoso Plumbing. Sterling dispatched Alex, who came without delay. Alex expertly troubleshooted the issue, and gave me excellent advice. I have now contacted an electrician to install a dedicated GFCI circuit in the heater closet. (Previously, I had been running everything from an extension cord plugged into my laundry room outlet, which was causing the blip.) Everything is running great again. I give 5 stars for service, dedication, and expertise to the team. Thanks again, Curoso Plumbing!

I called Curoso Plumbing because I had a clog somewhere in the sewer line. I worked for a couple of hours with a small snake I had and other tools. I used Hot water and other little tricks that have worked in the past. Nothing worked. I let it sit overnight hoping it would dislodge and initially thought it worked, nope I was wrong. I finally decided it was beyond my capabilities.

I went onto their website and sent an email requesting service. After about an hour, there was no response, so I called Curoso Plumbing at 4 pm and received a call back from Sterling at 404 pm. WOW, that was fast. He said Shane was just getting off work and could swing by within an hour.

Shane showed up about 20 minutes later and I advised him of the issue. He advised me of the emergency call-out fee and although it was higher than a normal callout, it was less expensive than I thought.

He was professional and went right to work. He used a small professional sewer snake but it was not able to do the job. He estimated the clog was about 35' away. He had to bring out the big daddy professional snake. That did the job and dislodged whatever was clogging the line.

During the job, I interacted with Shane; he was very personable and advised me of his past work experience and general topics. I was very happy to hear he really liked working at Curoso Plumbing, which always says something about the business that treats its employees well.

I would not hesitate to call them again.

Wow. Sent a young genius the next day and he re-designed and replaced the whole toilet drain system on the back of my house. Expensive by the hour but he was so efficient it didn't take long and was worth it to have years of easy flushes ahead.

I have had problems with my water heater since it was installed by Curoso in 2021. They have been prompt with repairs, but when it went down again, I contacted a company that I have a monthly service contract with. I wanted a second opinion, and received a $1,000 estimate to replace my entire burner mechanism. I called Curoso to see what they could do. They came out that day and did the same thing at no cost because it was under warranty, and they wanted to make things right! I also like that they are a local company with a personal touch and will continue to use them.

Desmond came to my house and single handedly repaired my toilet flush valve and gasket and replaced my kitchen sink U pipes and leak in less than 2 hours! One plumbing company estimated $3,000-6,000 to fix both and Desmond did a beautiful job for $575.00!!

We found Desmond to be a friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and a very impressive bright and articulate young man: I will always be calling Carusco plumbing! Can't recommend it more highly! Desmond really made my day!

I can't remember when I have ever had such excellent customer service. I submitted a request for service at 7:30 in the morning on the Martin Luther King holiday.

Within one hour I had an estimated time of arrival.

Mario arrived and he was spectacular!!!! Mario was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent service. Mario was such a nice young man and clearly takes pride in the work he does and the company he works for.

It is heartwarming to see such dedicated and expert, plumbing technicians, working for a local company in Santa Rosa .
