Friendly & helpful with better exchange rates than the airport. Found this location on Yelp as I needed euros for an upcoming trip and my credit union does not handle international currency. Vipul handled my transaction & made great suggestions with solid reasoning for the denominations and amount of euros to take. Glad I found this place! Easy to find right off the freeway.

Sorry for your concern. We are short staff so we spent limited time on phone calls as we cannot keep waiting other customers present in the office.

Came in to exchange unused currency. Plenty of parking in the back of the building. The business was clearly visible from the outside on Redwood Rd. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly. I was able to make my transaction smoothly. There aren't many currency exchange places in this area. Highly recommend.

Not even sure how to describe my experience except I didn't have an experience really at all.
The parking is in the back of the building but the front door is the actual front door. It looks fake but it's a weird sliding door.
There is nothing posted inside but I called ahead about rates and even tho they were on the higher side I wanted cash before my trip and this was easy.
The person who did the exchange was on his phone the entire time. On speakerphone. We didn't even say anything to each other except hi and I need euros. He did the exchange put my money into an envelope and I went about my day. The transaction fee was also $5.

The man who owns this business is very friendly and will try to break bills in the increments you want. Although I've noticed he prefer to give you larger bills, which isn't the best case for Mexico.
I highly recommend making an appointment so you can tell him exactly what you want a few days in advance. If you exchange over 1200 usd to any currency he will not charge you a fee, anything below that is a 10 percent exchange rate. If you're looking for something convenient to have cash before your trip, this is the place to go. Although I fe like 10 percent is kind of high. If you take time to walk around the airports and look at different exchange places you can definitely get a little more bang for your buck but like I said, all about the convenience.
All in all I give this establishment a 3/5 for good customer service and convenience.
