Bought my helmet and gloves to get ready for a motorcycle safety class, and was helped out to the best I can ask for.

Fast forward 2 years later, now that I am riding more frequently, I was knocked out of my lane close to home in a hit and run. I purchased a Bluetooth headset with video recording online. A staff named Ben installed the mic, speakers, and Bluetooth device in 15 minutes.

What was really amazing is that Cycle Gear does this for free. Makes me feel that folks at Cycle Gear really looks out for us riders. Ben even tried his best to refuse a tip I gave him, but asking a specialist for free work did not agree with me.

Very grateful of my visit. Now I can ride knowing drivers won't get away with it any longer.

Appreciate the team & their hard work! My man Jordan and his manager, Joel, always pulling through being super helpful. Great people. They have a membership thing where you get rewards back, however, only con is you have to pay for it. Fun fact: Revzilla shares the same inventory as them.

I'm really grateful that CycleGear remains in business despite being located in the Zombie Apocalype that is SOMA these days. The store has a wide range of gear, from affordable to expensive, from a variety of manufacturers, and the folks who work there really know their stuff. Today Robert was especially helpful and went out of his way to ensure I was a happy customer. Props to the whole staff!

I been a customer of cycle gear and revzilla since I can remember and I never had an issue
I bought the most expensive motorcycle lock I could find, it was the abus 8008, today I removed the lock from the motorcycle and it was beeping non stop for no reason, I had to remove the battery,
I called cycle gear and I was told that cycle gear has a 90 day return policy and that is fine but since I am paying full price for a product I expect someone to guarantee what they sell when is not the buyers fault and cycle gear is not the one

I wrote a review about the lock and I can find it, I guess only good reviews are allowed

As a new rider, I stopped into this location to select gear to practice safe riding. I was assisted by Chris and Kaden who provided valuable information. They were extremely patient as I was indecisively picking out each piece of gear. I ended up walking out with more items that I originally intended to purchase, but I'm confident that the recommended gear will keep me safe as I gain experience on a motorcycle.

Came in today for a return and armed with a ton of questions. Drew was working alone, and was somehow able to answer the phones, work the register, handle sales and merchandise on the floor, all while answering my questions and completing an exchange for me. Superb customer service and work ethic with this guy, I'm rarely impressed these days. Thanks again Drew!

Unbeliivable customer Service - I just want to shout-out to Max (Santa Rosa shop), George (San Francisco shop) and staff for going out of their way to explain, demonstrate, and suggest the best equipment for me for me as a disabled person. Their kindness, knowledge, and care show what customer services should be!

The owner and staff of this cycle gear truly go above and beyond to assist those that ride. They saved me and my wife from being stranded three hours from home. My clutch was slipping hard and the owner did not hesitate to help get me back on the road.
The layout of this store is sweet and worth a visit even just to browse gear or look at bikes and socialize. Support this place! The owner is a hero in my eyes! Haha
