Cyclone Air Systems

I originally wanted my dryer vents cleaned because I was sure they were full of lint. I decided to have my furnace vents cleaned as well, which was a good idea (see photos!). Mario and Mateo were very polite and they explained what they were doing and how the machines work. I researched quite a few vent cleaning companies on Yelp and decided to try Cyclone Air because Mario was so prompt and polite over the phone...excellent customer service! I'm very satisfied with the work, and I will be calling them again in a year when these ducts are dusty again!

I am super happy to hire Cyclone to install a new air conditioning system. They provided us a quick response after our inquiry. After the system was installed, there was one time the breaker within the system went bad, which caused the entire system to fail. It was around 10pm when we noticed the error. We called Mario, the owner and left him a message. We were expecting a call back the next day at the soonest because it was late at night. What surprised us was that Mario called us back immediately, and offered to come fix the problem. When he arrived, it was past 11pm. It took him nearly an hour to fix the problem. I haven't seen any other technician work as hard as Mario, and he is very responsible, always keep his words. I would give this gentleman 10 stars if the system allows. You will not waste your time and money with them.

Our furnace abruptly stopped working one evening, and Cyclone was quick to respond even though it was a weekend. They called me to schedule an appointment for the next morning.

Luis A. was the technician they sent out, and he was fantastic. Punctual, polite, and it was clear he really had a good understanding of these units and systems. He did a multipoint inspection, pointing out how the physics of our current venting may be contributing to the issue. Luis walked me through a detailed explanation of what he was inspecting and the way each part interacted in a properly functioning unit.

By the end, he was able to resolve the issue efficiently and gave me some concrete helpful recommendations.. I would definitely recommend and hope you'd get Luis A. for your furnace needs.

I was initially impressed by the number of "positive reviews" and the promptness and availability of this organization but ultimately had a poor experience.

PROS
- Affordable pricing - a dryer vent cleaning could be about $99, goes up to $199 for stacked dryers
- Availability - they seemed to have
- Did not charge a fee after looking at the job and realizing they could not do it.

CONS
- The guy answering the phone is rude; made side comments about my not picking up the phone when he called, claimed that he told me he needed access to the roof and that I had agreed to it (this did not come up in our convo), overall tone was as if I was a nuisance.
- Appointment times are not honored (appointment window was 2-3; guy showed up after 4pm)
- Not prepared -- I told them I had a stacked dryer inside a closet, yet they only sent one guy who would not have been able to move the dryer safely by himself.

Overall it felt like a bit of a waste of time.

I was very happy with the service. They arrived on time and started to work immediately. I have a very old HVAC system. It took less than an hour to make the AC system work smoothly. it turns out, my HVAC system is dated back to 1995. The fan did not work, and it was leaking. with the professional service and knowledge, my HVAC system quickly quickly.
I would highly recommend their service.

Mario was very communicative and professional. He answered and arrived to check out the ac on the same day. I have had Mario help me twice in the past to fix my ac and the other times it was low on Freon. He offered me a one year warranty as well. Our air conditioning stopped working last evening. Not having air conditioning is not an option here in Concord because it simply gets too hot. Additionally I work from home and with the addition of computers and monitors in my office it gets unbearably hot. I selectedCyclone Air Systems because of their high ratings. They came out the same day and the technician was great. He checked out the unit and went over what he was going to do. He shared the cost and was very clear about everything. He answered all of my questions adequately. We will use them again.

Since it's getting colder (and our PG&E bill keeps getting higher) we decided it was time to get our chimney cleaned and checked out so we can light the fireplace. We requested quotes from a few different chimney cleaners and settled on Cyclone Air Systems - they offered both a cleaning and an overall check of our chimney. Plus they were available the same week!

The technician came right on time and got to work. He was fast and efficient and cleaned out the chimney while explaining to my husband how to maintain it properly. He also used a camera that looked up all the way into the chimney, took before and after pics, showed them to us, and gave our chimney a clean bill of health! We will absolutely be calling them back next year!

Great service! They were quick and responsive to schedule our appointments and able to fix our compressor on the same day even at late after hours. I would highly recommended their services.

I don't know where to begin describing how good this company is. Mario is very professional, dependable, very thorough and crazy knowledgeable. My parents are the first owners of the house when they purchased it in 2015. They have never had the ducts cleaned ever. Anytime, we would turn the washer or dryer on it would have some problems and getting stuffy. So, we found this company because it was time to get the ducts cleaned! Mario did an amazing job and got the job done! Thank goodness because we have allergies all that dust and dirt needed to be clean out. Now we can breathe and everything works perfect.

My appointment was scheduled within 3 days of my initial request, Rafael arrived masked and on time, and my 6 air ducts, 2 bathroom fans, and dryer vent are completely sanitized for $374. No mess was left behind and everything took less than one hour.

We couldn't be happier and absolutely plan on hiring Cyclone annually.
