My husband wanted to upgrade my current ring for our 5 year wedding anniversary and we had the chance to visit Moe at D&D! We sent him some initial ideas and created the most gorgeous ring for me, it's beyond beautiful. He made us feel so special and had an incredible stone picked out and saved for us. I'm eternally grateful to Moe! 1000000/10 would recommend D&D for all of your jewelry needs and especially engagement needs. Thank you so much Moe!

I had a ring resized and Mo did a fabulous job assisting with my correct size. I received my ring in less than a week just perfect! The store has really nice pieces. I'll be doing some shopping very soon.

I had a wonderful experience having a charm bracelet and necklace fixed here! The repairs took less than a week, and I picked up a pair of silver earrings on my way out. I would highly recommend their services which are fairly priced and high quality.

Worst experience ever! I made an appt to get a bracelet appraise. Showed up on time and the gentleman there asked what we need help with. I told him I would like to get a bracelet appraise. He said "ok, let me see what you have." As I reached into my purse to pull out the bracelet he said "it's not real". At first I thought he was joking with me but no, he was dead serious. Then he held out his hand for the bracelet. I gave it to him and he said again 'it's not real cause it's too yellow but let me see." I'm assuming he has some machine to test it cause he took it to the machine for all of 1 second then said "no not real. what else you got."

At this point I was a bit embarrassed but soon was disappointed how rude this man was. Even though a had a few more pieces of Jewlery in my purse there was no way in hell I was going to ask him to look at it. I am very disappointed because I drove 30 miles to his store after reading people's reviews of how great the service was. I guess they are only nice if you're buying from them but not when they are buying from you.

Worst experience ever!!! Do not go!!! They replaced a watch battery for my mom's vintage Gucci watch but neglected to tell me that after replacing the battery, the watch did not work. Did not find out until my mom wore it to my daughter's graduation and it did not work. Went directly to D&D who, not only refused to either help or refund, but was belligerent, rude and condescending. He was still yelling at me as I was leaving the business!!!!

Moe at the D&D jewelry store is fantastic! I had several pieces repaired, and he did an amazing job. One ring, in particular, had a recurring issue with the diamond coming loose. Moe took the time to fix it thoroughly, ensuring it stays in place. His attention to detail and care for my jewelry, regardless of its value, is truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I brought my earrings to fix the locking clip and necklace to repair broken chain! I was charged $135 for both and when I to put on the earrings for less than one hr outside , the locking clip fill right off my ear and I lost the lock clip! I am NOT happy with the repair and getting charge over $100 that was not fixed! The charge was none sense for this kind of repair!!!
