Not only do they clean your pools and spas sparkling clean, Daniel can fix any issues your pool might encounter which has been a lifesaver to us. We own a STR (airbnb) and when things pop up, i need someone who can problem solve and can work around a hectic schedule sometimes. We have an indoor pool and spa which creates some different issues and
He has saved us many times with his quick response to any given situation and has managed to diagnose and fix the issue on a very timely basis. He has also come up with solutions that has helped to keep the pool and spa clean with guests coming on a contintious basis. His wife Cristy, is very responsive to texts or emails, always answering within the hour. These guys are the best and you can't go wrong with this great company.

mark B.Saint Helena, CA19128Aug 17, 2023Daniel is very good and easy to deal with but his wife is a whole different story. She billed me $858 without giving me a quote for what they were doing. My pool was green for many weeks. They charged me $420 for labor to put chemicals in my pool at the same time they were charging me for my weekly service.I would not recommend them at this stage in their new business. Looks like we are off to small claims.

How about Mark, it's a shame to hear this, since at all times we let you know the jobs that would be done and we offered you quotes before doing them but you always told us that you didn't need it. Precisely as you say, this is our new business from 3 years ago and we continue learning things we have to do, how to send quotes even if the client does not want them so we can have the approval in writing, and do not worry at all about the more than $800 dollars that you never paid, we didn't put you in small claims even though you were left with all those chemicals that you didn't pay for. I sincerely wish you the best and that you find the service that meets your expectations.
