Daa Towing Service

I am Mz. Independent 'til my car breaks down lol. Guess AAA contracts out to such companies like DAA Towing when you're in the boonies, and not in Metropolitan areas. There was some miscommunication between AAA and DAA at first, then came Vernon who was a lifesaver (he was the 2nd tow truck driver). The first guy couldn't leave the area, as he was the only one in the surrounding area of 707.

I got a call from DAA advising when the tow truck would arrive. I was almost panicking as the winery would close their gates at 5pm, and worried the tow truck couldn't come on-grounds after hours. On a Sunday in a rural area, these guys are in high demand. I never thought I'd be so happy to see a big tow truck coming my way. Vernon towed us back to Marin safely. Lesson learned - get AAA roadside assistance, it's totally worth it!

I am grateful to have been able to have my car towed and dispatch was very helpful. However David, the tow truck driver, was extremely rude. My car died while I was on a roadtrip and I was stranded in Petaluma so needed to find someone to fix my car and a tow company on a Sunday afternoon.

Ultimately David refused to take a card payment from me (claimed he didn't have a credit card reader on him) even though I initially informed dispatch that I would be paying with credit card back when I reserved towing service.

And then David was annoyed that it took me a few extra minutes to meet him on location at drop off because I had to go find an ATM for cash first. When it was time to pay, he wasn't going to give me a receipt. I had to refuse to pay him until he provided one and only then did he reveal he did actually have a receipt book and wrote me one. I'd give this driver negative 5 stars if I could. It really felt like he was going to take my cash and claim I didn't pay.

Don't use these guys. This company is so sketch.

Waiting 3 hours after they said they'd be here. Stranded at night with kids here. Dangerous and negligent. Driver said he would be here and then didn't shoe. Canceled without letting me know. Never never do business with these guys.

My insurance chose DAA. My car became disabled on the first rainy day of the year so of course towing services were high in demand. They did come a little later then the time originally given, however under the circumstances it was no big deal. Marcelo was very professional and kept us informed on his ETA to our location. He was a very nice man. I was very happy when he arrived, he drove the vehicle up on the flat bed and delivered it safe and sound to my mechanic's shop. I would definitely use them again, but hoping I don't have to.

If you want to go into a profession where you can take advantage of the poor and homeless by towing their vehicles away when they breakdown and charge them a fee you know they could never afford, in order to get it back, thus allowing you to virtually (legally) steal their vehicle and shelter, Daa Towing is a great example of that type of business. If you have any heart at all or care at all about those less fortunate, then this is not the business for you. I don't think you can go any lower than people like those at Daa Towing and other towing companies that do the same.

My son was stranded at an intersection and I initiated a tow through USAA. When the tow was assigned to DAA I called them to make sure and the person who answered refused to come tow because it was 1am. I told the guy the car was in the middle of the road and he didn't seem to care.

Avoid this company

Customer service is horrible. Did nothing to try to help me. I had a pretty bad accident and all they said I need is sign here anf the car is over there I had to walk through tons of mud with a loud dog barking at me other guy was just in his phone when I was trying to ask for help. Place old and dirty.

This is my go to towing service. they are always prompt and courteous. I have kept the card in my wallet for years.

Had a great experience with this company. Our truck was stuck in a ditch on a Sunday afternoon. The drive was far so we knew it would take some time to get out to us, once they were here our truck was out in about 10min. Very polite and helpful staff.

We had a great and fast experience with this towing service! Hector helped my mom pull her car out when she accidentally pushed in through a parking cement block and got stuck. We'd definitely recommend!!
