      DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The whole dealership is full of crooks scammers and shady service and sales associates! Unethical and in moral values!!!!!! I went in for AC diagnostic and service they charged me over $1000.00 lied to me stating they fixed my ac just for it to go back out 2 days later! Then gas lit me once I returned for fixing stating my ax was fixed the entire time I just didn't know how to use it properly. That was a lie they unknowingly put Freon in my car so it could blow cold and sent me on my way. Just for the Freon to run back out again another 2 days later! When I returned for a 3rd time George the service manager stated I needed another $1000.00 worth of work before they could fix my ac! Sending me to a sales person Miguel who tired to mislead me into trading in my car for a car on the lot! They falsely diagnosed my car an assumed since I'm a young female they could pull a fast one on me and over charge me for something they did not fix! Instead of fixing my car like I payed for they wanted me to buy a car that was less work. The sales and service team work together to rob hard working people just to make end of the month quotas This place is SHADY! Long story short after paying $1000 my ac was never fixed and they GM Eli never contacted me back to rectify the issue! DONT TRUST THEM ELI, Miguel, and George!!!! They seem nice but are crooked sales and service people

      This review is for the Service Department at Daly City Mitsubishi. I had the pleasure of having my (non-Mitsubishi) SUV evaluated by Lalo who did an outstanding job at diagnosing an issue that I was having with my transmission -- thankfully before it escalated and created more damage.

      He further advised me to get in contact with the warranty department for the manufacturer who informed me that the car is still within warranty for this particular issue. If Lalo hadn't properly diagnosed the issue, this would have been a very costly repair down the line.

      Thanks for the excellence in your service department, Daly City Mitsubishi! Knowing that you have highly skilled mechanics in your shop fosters a lot of confidence when it's time for my family to make our next vehicle purchase : )

      SCAMMERS!!! March 7th 2024 I went to trade in my car and they scammed me with a second loan and a second car, we talked about it the whole entire time to trade in my car and for some reason I end up with this problem. They don't want to admit there mistakes and how they do it is by your final signature closing the deal they will change everything just to get you for good DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ,especially Eli abdalla the manager and Chris Rodrigues salesman.

      Can I return a car I just bought to dealership in California?
      Option to Cancel

      If you decide to return the used car, you must return it to the dealer within two business days by closing time (unless the contract gives you more time). You must return the car under these conditions: With no miles in excess of what the contract allows. (The contract must allow for 250 miles.) so yes !

      What can I do if a dealership basically scammed me?
      File a Complaint with an Agency

      For example, you may file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also, contact the Department of Motor Vehicles for your area to find out where you can file a complaint about the dealership.

      Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA)

      In 1970, the DCA was created. The agency now regulates 250 different categories of businesses in California. The DCA is involved with regulating auto dealerships primarily through its Arbitration Certification Program (ACP).

      Can a car dealership cancel a contract in California?
      The standard California car contract only allows the dealer 10 days to find financing. If the dealer cannot honor your agreement, they must notify you that they are cancelling the contract. You must return the vehicle to the dealer.

      Don't let these ppl get away with it there are scammers and never sign anything without reading the whole contract because that's where they charge everything and scam you for good . This dealership needs to be shutdown permanently.

      Victor R. This is Cris, your Daly City Mitsubishi "salesman" and more importantly your nephew. Vic I never thought in my life that I would have to reply back to a bad review let alone from a family member. When all I ever showed to everybody including clients was honesty, support, help and responsibility to anybody that crossed my path because that's who I am and I willing to bet that any of my clients can be witnessed to this as you could see in some of the reviews below. It really breaks my heart the way you expressed yourself about ELI and I, when you actually worked by ELI's side for years as a salesman and not only that but you brought me to him because you knew how great of a team he had created over the years of knowing him. When you say all these inappropriate and inaccurate things about the "charges" it blew my mind knowing that everything was explained to the owner of the vehicle which in this case as you know it's not even you. If you maybe didn't fully understand some of it that time it's because you already know that you haven't been yourself for a while also I would like to mention that through out the process for a fact we ask many times to our clients if they understand or if they have any questions. As for you. You should've said something through out the process which by your almost 20 years of experience as a dealership salesman it just doesn't take 10 min to work a deal there is plenty of time and occasions for any questions that you would've had.
      My apologies if you think we didn't serve you the way it was supposed to....
      As you already know and talked thousands of times about what you say "not having a problem" what you have for all these years and always agreed to what you said because I loved you and I supported you decision of not getting help about it and doing it on your own however now I hope that you get the help before you loose everybody around that loves you including ELI and myself....

      I usually don't start a review like this, but I wanna make it clear that the review by VICTOR R is totally 100% inaccurate and by the way that review was for his nephew what kind of person gives a review of your family that you're supposed to love and care for instead you give it a bad review which is totally inaccurate and not only that but you bash the owner ELI as well because you think you're bigger than them why don't you man up and do what you're supposed to do instead of just blaming everybody else for your shortcomings and mistakes I hope the people that read this take this to heart some sometimes people lash out for different reasons most of the time is because they have no caring or loving for anyone including themselves, and maybe they should look in the mirror!
      i've bought two cars from the dealership. There are nothing but kind to me and the cars that I have I love and they've always asked me if I needed anything to let them know CRIS is a very good salesman and so is ELI the owner this is totally wrong and it just irks me.
      I hope some people can learn by their mistakes, but I personally know this person and he can't learn by his mistakes. I hope he finds help because he certainly is going to need it.
      By the way, he was there with his wife and he is also a car salesman obviously he is making up stories for personal gain so this review is actually for him!
      This is the kind of person that blames others for everything and you never know how he's gonna be don't trust this person, is has some serious issues!

      Stay away from this place. Dishonest no accountability only focus on making the sale. Mi salesman Cris had no idea of what he was offering or our needs he is just a puppet to the owner Eli. I trusted both of them and and when I ask for support I was ridiculized.
      Force customers to buy GAP for 1000 whe everybody know GAP is only less than 350,
      maintenance plan for $2928 for 8 YEARS when mitsubishi already has 2yrs included, GPS when I didn't ask and Mitsubishi has an app to locate your vehicle, paint protection and interior that I didn't ask and was never disclosed
      The inexperienced junior salesman was unprofessional and he acted as finance by signing my wife's contract only by pointing and saying sign here and and here.
      They totally abused the situation when we trusted them.
      The laugh now because there's nothing you can do they say.
      They blame each other.
      The manager Eli not taking any responsibility signs of a bad leader trowing his inexperienced employees under the bus

      When at the car dealership aren't you expecting to get pressured by aggressive sales techniques from experienced salespeople? We were surprised when we were treated like HUMANS. Definitely ask for Miguel Chavez when here! He is honest, down-to-earth, super patient, very knowledgeable and professional with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!

      The staff I dealt with: Eli, Justin, George and my sales person Chris were ALL amazing! I came in for an issue with a used car I bought from Cadillac of SSF. I was greeted in such a friendly manner by Justin. My car was in the shop for 3 days. While waiting, I met the rest of the staff. Chris and I spoke about a particular car I was admiring. He gave me a tour of the cars. (I owned a 2014 Outlander for 6 years before it died on me so i was very familiarwith the cars) I was given information about the car I was admiring and was also given details about possibly owning one. Being that I felt that my self employment wasn't enough for me to buy a new car, I dismissed the thought of it. Chris was relentless in proving to me (showing me on paper side by side how I was wasting money on just gas alone with my current Montero vs the Outlander Hybrid. After spending 3 days at Daly City Mitsubishi (and 3 days fighting with Cadillac of SSF over the phone & in person to take their non working vehicle back) I realized that owning a new car was actually possibly. Thanks to the persistent and proof of what owning a new vehicle would be in my favor and thanks to Eli for finding the best deal for me. And especially thanks to Chris for helping me see what a smart investment I'd be making. I, along with my 3 children in the back, was able to drive off in my brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Phev. on Sat 11/4. I am beyond thankful and happy with my car. I wouldn't have been able to take that leap of faith into such a big decision if it wasn't for Chris. He wasn't pushy.... he wasn't rushing me and he definitely was more than patient with me during the 3 days I spent there.

      Five stars for the team at Daly City Mitsubishi.
      I did not intend to buy a new car during the Covid pandemic, but the deal offered was too good to pass up.
      Blanca was very responsive with replying to my questions. We scheduled a time for me to take a test drive. I was happy they have Covid protocols at the dealership. There was no pressure to make my decision on buying. All of the documentation was clearly explained by Rick in Finance. The deal was really good, I even got to take the showroom model home! It was one of the quickest and easiest transactions I have done.
      I am very happy with the decision to make my purchase with Daly City Mitsubishi.

      I took my Lancer in today because I had been having problems with my phone pairing to my car for 3 years.
      They fixed it and didn't charge me anything.
      Did not get there names but the man and woman who fixed it.
