Shane provided exceptional service today. He patiently listened to my concerns regarding our upstairs tub leak, which was causing water damage on our lower floor. Despite my uncertainty about the exact source of the issue, Shane meticulously inspected the problem by opening up the sheetrock and conducting multiple tests. He successfully identified and repaired the leak.

I'm incredibly grateful for Shane's expertise and professionalism. He truly is a gem! Without hesitation, I would choose Dan's Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

We detected a link under the bathroom sink. Call one Plummer and left several messages, got no response.
Called Dan's plumbing, who responded within the hour. A technician came 2 days later, found the source of the leak, and advised replacing the faucet.

We had an amazing experience with Dan's Plumbing, especially Jarrod who completed the work on our master bathroom and also installed a pressure reducing valve for us. He went above and beyond in getting a replacement tank for the toilet the same day, when we realized the once I ordered from a big box store was broken during shipping. The plumbing work he did, installing faucets, shower head, and new toilet, etc - all was impeccable. I highly recommend this company. Pricing seemed fair and all interactions we had with the staff were friendly and professional.

This team is amazing! Not only did they spend extra time on the projects needed, they even took care to make a difference on smaller items. We had a water main project which they did fantastic, then as a bonus the surprised us with a few new hose bibs. Small but super impactful so the didn't leak anymore!

I scheduled Dans Plumbing to replace our kitchen faucet. The plumber came promptly on time and did the work cleanly and provide tips for using our new faucet.

Dan's plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever used. Amelia in the office is a great communicator either setting up appointments or responding quickly to changes. One job was replacing the water heater. The company did an excellent job. The old wood stand was replaced with a new sturdier metal stand, the sink was moved over a bit, pipes were replaced, it was completed in one day. Dan, the owner, made the permit process easy by handling all the paperwork.

We were experiencing issues with excessive and variable water pressure in the house that a new PRV inexpertly installed last year by another plumber failed to resolve. After a pinhole leak in a supply line inside the house developed, we called in Dan's Plumbing based on the excellent reviews.

I spoke with Dan directly and outlined the issues we were having, and he had one of his guys, Josh, come out and do the assessment within a day and half.

Josh was great. He looked at our whole layout and called out several issues, including an aged out (+20 years-old) water heater, no expansion tank, and no-longer-to-code water heater installation. We also showed him the "new" PRV that had had a pinhole drip since the day the previous plumber installed it.

Josh laid out a three option scenario and quoted each part separately so we could tackle the work in the order we wanted.

Ultimately we opted to do the water heater and PRV replacement work first. Long story short, our new water heater, expansion tank and all the safety stops and automatic valves needed to bring us up to code work great and look great, and, most importantly, this work resolved the excessive water pressure issue we were having in the house.

Josh and his colleague, Diego, were so friendly and professional, and they worked efficiently and left the worksite spotless. We highly recommend Dan's Plumbing!!

I needed to replace my toilet, Dan came out and gave me an estimate and took measurements. We discussed what type of toilet I wanted.
Today Jacob came and replaced the toilet with a comfort height toilet. The height is good for me and the smaller tank gives my small bathroom more space. The toilet is designed to have the water circle the bowl when you flush instead of water coming out of the little holes under the rim. I have wanted this kind but never looked into it.
