Dany Maid

I am so impressed, AGAIN, with Dany Maid with special shout out to Adriana and Ana! They came in for deep cleaning after a recent surgery. Everything was literally spotless. And they even found some cash I took out for my daughter, then forgot where I put it. Honesty gives them 15 stars and the hard work gets 10 stars! Thanks Miguel and gang for helping and the next date is set!

Messaged them this last Sunday through Yelp requesting a quote for a deep cleaning. Texted back and forth with Miguel to square away some details. They were supposed to come out this morning about an hour ago to do an in-person estimate. 9am, no show. Texted the number to see if maybe they were running late, no response. It's now 10am and I can't waste any more of my day waiting around.
Guess we'll need to go with someone else.

A Dany Maid Team came to my home on 3/6/24 to perform spring cleaning. These ladies did an amazing job. They arrived within the given time frame and immediately got to work. They cleaned EVERY surface in my home from baseboards to ceiling fans and everything in between. They were able to remove a stain in my kitchen sink that I had been unsuccessful in getting out. They worked efficiently and completed the work in 3 hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. The price was reasonable given the amount of work they performed. Excellent work

I needed a move-out cleaning, and had called several places. Dany Maid got back to me quickly, and their fee was based on the actual amount of time spent; other companies gave me quotes based on the size of the house, not how long the job would take. The house was relatively clean to start with, so I knew it wouldn't be a terribly long job. As a result, I saved money, and they did a fabulous job. The refrigerator looked new after they left! They paid attention to all the little details, all over the house. By the time they left, it looked nicer than it had at move-in. I will definitely use them again.

The ladies do a great job with cleaning and are very efficient. Scheduling could be a bit more consistent (they don't always arrive at the same time of day for my regularly scheduled cleanings, which can be frustrating for my work schedule). Prices are pretty high, but value is decent since they do a good job with the cleaning. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied and will continue using them.

I live with two men and three dogs... our house gets crazy and I was spending so much time and energy after work on what felt like barely maintaining some semblance of order/cleanliness in my household. I don't need my house to be spotless, but I do want it tidy (my husband & housemate aren't this way to say the least).

My stress level was becoming overwhelming and I felt like I never had time or energy to do anything I wanted to do. This was bleeding over into my relationships with the people I live with and I noticed I was building a lot of resentment. Still, having housekeepers seemed like such a luxury beyond what I could justify budget-wise. Finally, after months (really years) of mulling, I acknowledged that the situation was untenable and I needed help.

Enter Dany Maid: I'm not exaggerating when I say that these ladies have changed my life. They show up every other week with smiles on their faces and quickly/efficiently take care of all the things that need to get done. They do an excellent job and my house sparkles when they leave. Even my housemate (who grumbled about having to pitch in 1/3 of the cost) mentioned that he really loves having them come, and that his our feels "lighter" and more cheerful after they've been here.

A few specifics:

- Great communication with Claudia, they're consistent & reliable

- Super efficient - they're in and out in an hour but they DONT cut corners.

- Expertise: I have a German shepherd who sheds a lot and the house is hair free when they leave. They even make a little rose thingy on the TP! It's like living in a hotel! Also, they have a backpack vacuum (like a leaf blower but in reverse) that is genius. I wish I had one. The house feels clean when they're done -- I've spent entire weekends deep cleaning and haven't come close to the level of clean they produce. I'm actually embarrassed at how filthy my house was before they came into my life (and I'm good at cleaning!). Bottom line: they aren't just swirling the dust around - they are experts at what they do.

- They go above & beyond: I didn't even know it was included at first and was pleasantly surprised that they make the beds! Definitely not necessary but a wonderful bonus.

- They care: I have a little "shrine" setup with photos of of a loved one who passed aww. They carefully & respectfully work around this which means a lot.

Instead of spending every evening tackling household chores, I get to read a book after work, or watch a show, or even just do nothing & relax! Instead of spending my weekends handling the larger regular cleaning tasks (like vacuuming, mopping, etc.) I can work on long term household maintenance/improvement projects (I built a fence all by myself a few weeks ago!) and even have some energy leftover to be able to go on a date with my husband or hang out with friends once in a while!

I'm resistant to spending money on stuff I can do myself but the payment to Dany Maid every month is one of the easiest checks I write! I consider the money I spend on them to be an investment in myself and in my house.

They are amazing. I can't say enough about how much they've improved my mental health, my relationships with the people I live with, and the state of my home. They deserve a million stars!

We had Dany Maid come out to do a move in cleaning and we were very please with the results. The only negative was just that it seemed like they needed to be provided with better equipment for houses that have a lot of high spaces or shutters that are up high.

As for the quality of the cleaning itself - I went through the house pretty carefully after and didn't notice anything - it seemed well dusted on all of the shutters, corners were clear of dust, closets and shelves were all looking good. They came in at a competitive price point as well and showed up right on time.

Adriana and Rosa were fantastic. They showed up on time, cleaned our home impeccably, and were friendly as well. I will definitely be calling them again!

I called Dany Maid OVER ONE KONTH AGO to request a quote for services. I received a text from them today saying, "thank you so much for contacting us."

Nice!

Translation: pretty darn lame if you ask me.
