We apologize for the areas that our machine did not reach there were a lot of things on the floor that made it difficult for the machine to maneuver.
We also apologize we could not do both of your area rugs for free like you asked as that would be extra on top of the carpet cleaning we did throughout your furnished one bedroom.
In the future I would recommend letting whichever company you choose to do a cleaning that you specify exactly what other things you need cleaned like area rugs etc. And also try to pick up as much of the floor to make the cleaning of carpets more accessible.
