This place is a life saver!! I wish I was kidding. On Friday, my car suddenly stopped working and I was in a panic. I called so many auto body shops but everyone was either busy or closed for the weekend. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to find De Anza Auto Repair. The customer service I received from start to finish was amazing. I was able to get my car towed there Friday evening and got my car back Saturday evening. The auto repair shop was in constant communication with me via text. They even text or email the estimate of the repairs. I was able to see photos of what needed to be repaired along with a clear description. It made everything easier for me to understand. Huge thank you to everyone at De Anza Auto Repair! You guys are awesome.

This place is awesome! Their method of providing information is done in an organized and user-friendly way, making everything a breeze. You receive detailed estimates and inspection results complete with photos, giving you a clear picture of your vehicle's condition.

Moreover, the staff members are incredibly professional and accommodating. Recently, I encountered a persistent issue with both my battery and alternator. After the inspection, we found ourselves stranded as we weren't sure how to move the car, and we were about to resort to just pushing it with three people. However, considering it was rush hour, pushing it all the way home posed a considerable risk, despite the short 8-minute distance.

I explained my situation to the manager, who showed immense kindness by allowing a skilled technician to accompany us. They attached a battery jump starter pack to my car's battery while we drove it, because it was the only way to start the car and safely bring it home without paying for a tow or for the storage fee at their shop.

Hats off to John, the manager, and George, the technician, for their consideration and assistance in resolving the predicament. Thank you for the huge save!

This auto shop is owned by the most compassionate family who completely saved me from being stuck in California after my car broke down. I chose this place back in 2021 because they were the closest, but little did I know they would go above and beyond for me. Not only do they provide quick and quality service, but they are also the most pleasant family I have ever met. The owner and her now-late husband were very kind, professional, personable, attentive, informative, and had a great sense of urgency while helping me. He explained to me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be repaired, what parts were needed, and even showed me a diagram. I did not feel like I was being ripped off either (which as a young clueless woman, usually happens) because they were very transparent with the cost of parts, even showing me the direct website they order from.

At the time, I was only 18 years old and was going through a hard time financially. While I was waiting for the tow truck to tow my car out of their shop due to not being able to afford their services (even with the cost of labor already discounted), he caught me crying in my car because I did not know how I was going to get back home to Arizona as my mom was refusing to help. He asked me what was going on and after I explained it to him, he happily repaired my car for free that same day, and in exchange, he just wanted me to write a review. He said that they have kids of their own and felt for me and my situation. I could feel the genuine desire to help me. Three years later I am writing this review; very late, but ever since then, I constantly think about him and his unexpected kindness. I wish I did not wait to write this review; I am devastated to find out that he recently passed away. He was truly such a kind soul, and a great businessman and mechanic. My heart goes out to his wife, kids, and team.

He and his wonderful wife built this shop after a devastating fire completely burned down their last one. She is still going strong and running the shop providing the best service out there! He will forever be in my memory and words cannot explain how grateful I will always be for his genuine heart and to have known him, even if it was only twice. I love this shop and not to mention, the repairs they did are still holding up on my old Jeep! Definitely take your vehicle to De Anza Auto Repair, you truly won't regret it!!

The controls for the side view mirror fell into the door socket of my old toyota. On Saturday late afternoon, I was in an urgent need of getting this fixed. I called few shops and they all asked me to come back on monday. John at De Anza Auto repair, asked me to come over right away. When I went there he fixed this in 2 mins and didn't charge me anything. I thought he may have to take out the door panel and repair. He could have easily charged me a lot, but John was very honest and nice. It is not easy to find honest repair shops, and I appreciated his honesty. Great customer service! Would come back again and give them my business.

3 months later & my tune up still isn't done.

Been trying to nickle & dime me by resetting check engine light, never fixing the problem from the original estimate. Now I've had to involve the State Bureau of Automorive Repair. Geesh... costing me a fortune in gas & total frustration! Never in all my years (40+) have I ever delt with a "shop" as completely unprofessional as this. They play stupid & hang up on you. My AAA Insurance took me there, when all I wanted was to go to the AAA Auto Shop in MV, but the tow driver thru AAA, Fortez Towing, said AAA would only approve De Anza Auto. From beginning to end this has been a COMPLETE °N I G H T M A R E°!!! BAR COME TO MY RESCUE OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!

Brought in more than a few vehicles here over the years. Very easy estimate and inspection process. Nothings hidden, they respond quickly and are very professional. Had them put some front shocks on a Lexus. And it went well. Competitive pricing but for the level of service provided I'd pay more. John thanks again for your help.

The staff genuinely care about you and your car. No matter what you need they will go above and beyond your expectation's and get the job done right !

It can be really hard to find good auto repair shops. I was so happy to find De Anza. They really keep it real with their customers.

When you get your inspection done you can expect a comprehensive report about the vehicle with pictures of everything they are claiming. This along with a pricing map of exactly how much each service will cost and why.

They had a long conversation with me about what my car would need and wouldn't need and we're sure to explain why they recommended certain things and what would happen if I either didn't get the service or pushed it off.
This way I could make an informed decision.
