Found Pablo by googling Auto Glass repair in the Costa Mesa area. Glad I did. Spoke by phone and he gave me the honest assessment of what it would take to get my front windshield replaced. Filed the claim through my insurance and windshield was fixed less than 24 hr later. I didn't even have to drive to Pablo, he came to me. Highly recommended, would do business again.

When considering a windshield replacement, Pablo would be the person I choose from here on out and recommend to friends and family.

Pablo is meticulous with his work. His service is fairly priced and he's very good at communicating. He came out to my place in a couple of days after I requested the brand of glass I want. When replacing the windshield, he noticed a small scratch on the glass that his supplier provided (a scratch I would not have noticed, to be honest). He then put that one on and wait until he gets a replacement from the supplier before paying him in full. We set-up a time for him to come back and on that day, the same thing happened. He had to get another glass again for the third time, and this is when the glass was pristine and he was able to replace it again.

Some may think it's a hassle for you, and I'd understand. Due to the flexibility of my schedule, I had no issues. But this man had to make three trips to his supplier(s), and three trips to my place just to ensure quality service and quality product...THAT right there is someone who deserves all the recognition.

Pablo and his tech did an excellent job replacing the front windshield on my Camry. They came to my office and was completely done in about 40 minutes. Pablo even explained the process to me as he was performing the replacement. He calmed my fears about going with an aftermarket windshield as well as the materials and process he employed for my repair. Lastly, he told me what to watch/listen for on my drive home and assured me that if any issues came up, he'd be back to remedy them. They also took care in vacuuming the area around the repair as well as inside my car. Couldn't be happier with the experience, time will tell regarding the aftermarket windshield but at this point I'm a very happy customer. Thanks again Pablo!

Love an honest business! I've been asking around for quotes to fix small surface chips on my Tesla windshield. No cracks and just pin sized nicks. Del Amo responded that it's part of normal wear and tear and that u didn't need to fix them unless there is a crack. Thank you for your honest input. Will definitely come here when I get a crack. lol

Fast to respond, reasonably priced, and at home service. In a commoditized business, what more could you want? The work is good and I will definitely use them again if my windshield were ever to crack again.

Great experience having my windshield replaced today with Del Amo Auto Glass! Pablo was responsive, professional, answered all my questions and they showed up at agreed to time, they installed my windshield in under an hour and made the whole process super easy.
