I had a little bit of bad luck, 1 week after I got my brand new BMW a tree branch fell on it and dented the A-Frame, I had the dent/ding protection package from BMW and they outsource Dent Pro for the work, they told me they couldn't fix dents on the A-Frame and that would require a auto body shop/insurance claim. After digging around a bit I found Ken on Yelp and decided to give him a call. Ken is very professional and he answered my call immediately, I told him my situation and he asked me to text him a picture of the dent. He told me he had done a similar fix to a Mercedes and showed me before and after pictures of his work, I was sold and made an appointment with him. He called me on the day of the appointment to ask if I wanted to come earlier since he finished another job early, I told him I had to keep my original appointment time and he was just as happy to to keep that time for me. I appreciate him trying to get me in earlier. Once I got there he looked at it, and explained that this area is extremely difficult, and I've done my research, most dent places won't even bother trying, he told me he could take 95% of the dent out, this was fine for me, I didn't want to have to repaint the A-Frame on a brand new car. I left the car with him and went off to lunch, he called and texted me about 1:30 hours later and told me he was done, he was very excited to show me the results, and so was I. I took a look at the finished results and was astonished!!! I couldn't even tell there was EVER a dent there, Ken is amazing, I'm never going to anyone else for my dent/repair work. 10 Stars in my book, professional, prompt, and VERY competitive pricing. Some people really suck, and a few weeks ago one of those people hit my car in a parking lot. Unfortunately the estamite was 6800, but probably more because they had to cut the quarter panel and re weld a.new one. So this pr1ck was going to cost me 6800 plus the added depreciation of the resell value and the hike in my insurance. That had me worried since I already had a hike of 300% because of a speeding ticket.

I saw Ken' videos on Youtube and was really impressed. I like the way he worked dents out, he even innovates to get the job done. He gave me hope that he could get the job done without welding and without having to keep my car for weeks.

It took three days and he truly is a master of his craft. If you have a big dent or small, but especially ifyou have one that you cant imagine that paintless dent repair can fix, you need to give Ken a call. Its worth driving 100's of miles for.....seriously, dont even think twice about it. You lucked out in finding this shop. He is the best around.

Ken was incredibly responsive and made every effort to accommodate my schedule. He did an outstanding job on the dent repair, demonstrating both skill and professionalism. I highly recommend his services for value and great service!

Ken is a legend. A god among men. My Rivian got whammed, bammed, thank you maamed without the courtesy of the other person's name or insurance policy. I had an already scheduled service for something else and this needed to be fixed first. If I'd had to push that appointment back I would have needed to wait months. This hero spent all weekend tippity-tapping my baby's derrier for me so that it would be fixed in time and I wouldn't have to reschedule everything else again. And now look at it. Dent? What dent? Don't know what you're talking about a dent. Nothing to see here. Just looks like fresh, unblemished steel to me.

If your baby has a booboo bring it to Ken. He will make it all better.

P.S. This guy is so good at what he does that when I first came in for a quote there was another PDR guy there who had flown in from across the country to spend a few weeks studying with him.

I'm so glad that I found Dent Discount Mobile & Body shop after I backed into a post and created a couple of horribly large dents in my fender and driver side door. I contacted the shop via email and Ken was super responsive and worked around my busy schedule to figure out what was the best time to schedule a quote (the dent looked worse in person than it does in the before picture). During the quote appointment, I appreciated how quick, upfront, and transparent Ken was with pricing and timeframe and expectations. After discussing that wasn't going for a perfect fix, just something that would help the reduce the deafening wind noise, Ken was super understanding and made a recommendation for an alternative scaled down scope of work that would meet what I wanted while helping to reduce the pricing.
After to agreeing the revised plan, Ken was transparent about price and how long it would take to have the work done. We scheduled a time for me to be able to come back and drop off my car for the team to work on The drop off went smoothly, and as promised, the work was done on time and at the price quoted. The extra bonus was that it looked better than what I was expecting. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.
Although I hope I won't need Ken and his team's services in the future, I know who I'll be contacting if I ever do.

Can't seem to get a hold of Ken for the past 2 days.
Used to use him a lot for my card but now I guess he's grown to big for past customers.

Ended up going elsewhere since he's MIA.

Have you ever watched a professional do something on YouTube and said to yourself "man I wish I could hire this guy to help me"? If you live in the bay area and need some dents on your car fixed, Ken is LITERALLY that guy. Not only did he give me an awesome price, but he fixed them much earlier than expected and went above and beyond to fix EXTRA dents for me free of charge. Dent repair is an art which requires lots of hands on experience to get right. Calling Ken an expert is an understatement. His work is phenomenal, the pictures don't do it justice because the car is pretty dirty due to tbe rain. I made went through the effort to create an account and write this review to give his business the recognition it deserves. Thank you sir! Large branch fell on car during recent storms, causing a small dent. Ken, the owner did the work himself, as the other technician was sick. Amazing work. Completely unable to tell there was ever a dent. Service was friendly, timely and very cost effective. Would recommend this place and I will return if I ever needed.

I brought my black 2017 Audi A4 to Ken last week to get an estimate. We counted 12 dings on 3 doors and the trunk. These dings have bothered me for years, so I finally decided to get them taken care of.

Ken went over what would "definitely" come out and one that he may have trouble with. My expectations were set. He took care of 11 dings FLAWLESSLY! I would never guess there were any dings at all. Damn artist, that man.

The 12th ding was the one he warned me about. It was right against the body line on the driver side passenger door. That one irritated me the most since I could see that one every time I entered the car. He said he'd do his best on that one but couldn't guarantee it would come out completely. I'd say that one is around 95% better. You can notice a slight waver but you really, really gotta look now. Impressive.

I'm hoping not to see Ken again for a while, but I'd definitely go back if I had to. Dent removal seems like an art form and Ken is a f'n grand master!

Ken is great to work with. He responded my request promptly and provided very reasonable price for fixing a couple of dents on my car. I was amazed by his work. Dents are completely smoothed out. You can never tell that there was a dent there before. I have received the best quality, best value, and best service. He is the man with not only expert skills but also the integrity.

I had my Tesla car repaired for a dent a few months ago, and Ken did an excellent job in less than a week. The repair is virtually indistinguishable from the original body, and I appreciate that there was no need for repainting. I'm thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend their services.
