Sean absolutely killed it!
Sean was straightforward with letting me know he could not fix my dent 100% and expect closer to 90-95% due to the nature of my dent.
Every other shop let me know that body work was needed and/or wouldn't even attempt PDR.
Sean arrived in a timely manner, was super friendly and informative, and did quick work!
I'm super happy with the results and even posted it in the NorCal Type R group to let everyone else know.

I do not give bad review simply because I am not satisfied with the service. But: 1. Bad quality. 2.Rudeness 3. Dishonesty, this guy achieved all these.

I asked him about this dent on the door and touch-up for the chip. He performed the job in my garage, with all his tools and lighting available and enough time and space. He finished it in literally 18 mins, including the PDR and touchup for 2 damages. That's $395 for 18 mins. Immediately I noticed the touch-up was so poor and no better than those free touch-ups you get from an auto shop if you kindly ask. But so stupid I was to believe him that " the paint will flatten out and color matches better over time". Of course it won't. And for a $180 touchup job of 2 drops of paint, shouldn't it be a at least a white color and not an obviously grey? And no wet sanding and buffing afterwards to level the paint at all?

His "OEM factory paint" is an actual grey for my white panel (I later bought 2 touch up paint from Amazon and both were much a closer match) and it created two obvious paint blobs on the door. But he insisted "you cannot expect perfectness". Dude, on a scale of 0-100, your touch up is less than 30! See how huge a gap it is from perfectness? You didn't even pretend to care. The touch up only took you maybe less than 10 mins.

All that aside, maybe you are just not good at touchups since you are a PDR guy, and I took responsibility trusting you for the paint job. But the PDR part is also a disappointment! I can easily see that neither dent is fully flattened from reflections of straight lines, and I don't have trained eyes or PDR line light! For $395 on a textbook-shallow, round and smooth dent, you left it unfinished after only 18mins.

Just to make sure it's not because I am picky, I asked around Reddit PDR and other PDR shops around the area (and some actually knew him), all of which agreed it is "horrible touch-up" and "unfinished PDR" and no way should I let it get away.

Here comes the best part, when I started contacting him to express concerns on the poor results, he got impatient after only one useless response and ignored all my following emails and text messages, where I asked politely and showed pictures with detailed explanations how it was done incompletely. I called him 5 times and wasn't answered. The 6th time he picked up probably because he didn't recognize the different number, and soon he started lying. He said he "replied me on 3 occasions that he's unavailable until 6/3 (7/3?)". I was surprised how he could lie like this because we both are aware of every conversation between us and this something absolutely non-existent. I told him I kept all the messages and emails, and HE HANG UP THE PHONE!

So now I spend $395, was left with two visible defects on my door barely better than it was hit, which are harder to fix because of the added paint chunk and unfinished previous PDR

Think twice before hiring, the price may seem better than other repair shops but not worth it. I know he mentioned that the job would not look well but for being a "Dent pro" he really left a lot of outward dents on his finish work. Not only did he charge me for an extra labor fee to take parts off and put back on, he didn't put back the trim cover and back headlight back on. I had to do it myself. I asked for a dent removal and to repaint surface area where the dent was and all he had was a paint pen to do the job. Spend your money somewhere else!

Sean fixed a dent in my Tesla Model S 5 years ago and he's my go to for fixing dents that I got recently on that vehicle as well as another.

Once again, Sean was able to perform his magic and repair all of the ugly dents. Everything is smooth and great looking again! Dents are my worst pet peeve and it's comforting to know that Sean is there to make them disappear!

Sean was superb! He set the expectations correctly on what I can expect from the repair and then surpassed them! It was reasonably priced for the amount of and quality of work done. 100% recommended.

I think he did a good job considering the type of damage I had. I chose him because he specializes in touch-ups, unlike most dent repair professionals who only offer paintless repairs. From about three feet away, you can't even tell there was any damage. It's only noticeable when you look up close. Overall, I'm very pleased with the repair.

Exactly what I wanted!

Someone backed into my 2018 Tesla leaving some deep scratches on the side bumper and quarter panel. Body shop wanted $3400 to fix it, which would involve taking the car apart and being without it for days. Of course, they'd make it look new again, but this is a 6 year old car. I just didn't want to see the scratches, it didn't have to "look new"

I never used a "dent guy" before but I vaguely knew this service existed. I sent an email to Sean, the Dent Pro guy, he got back to me right away, and made an appointment for later in the week.

He fixed the scratches that were recently aquired, plus a few more scratches and chips around the car. After a day, unless I know where to look, or look very carefully from all angles I can't see them any more. Good enough for me and at nearly 1/10th the price.

Sean was extremely serious and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again the next time I get a scratch, dent, or ding.
