Wayne is friendly and very professional. He is super meticulous about his work - the dent didn't seem super large to my untrained eye, but it was in a super awkward position (on a body line), and he took the time to make sure it was fixed correctly. He's also very humble about his work - he says it's like 99% fixed, but seriously I can't find where the dent was anymore! And I know where the softball landed!
I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Wayne to everyone!
