Hubby and I purchased our wedding bands here in 2018. Service back then was great. We were helped by Toukhig to find exactly what we wanted.

Fast forward six years later; one of my stones has fallen out. I email Toukhig and she promptly responds, inviting me to come in anytime to get the stone replaced, free of charge. We come on a Saturday morning when they open and are helped immediately. They even take my husband's band to clean. We're offered water bottles and everyone there is making sure we're taken care of.

We are told that we can bring any diamonds/jewelry we have (even if not purchased from them) to be fixed. I plan to come back another time to get another ring resized! He was actually ready to help me do it now, but I didn't have it with me.

Definitely recommend coming here to get your engagement/wedding rings just for the service!

This is a much overdue review for the exceptional service and care provided by Judy Yeh at Derco.

My fiancés family has been going to Derco for years, and always raved about their service, which is in fact, top notch.

Judy took into account our budget, cut and other specs before sourcing our stone. She was patient in showing us several stones over two/three visits. She was patient and honest throughout the process.

Shopping for an engagement ring can be an overwhelming and cumbersome experience but Judy left us feeling confident and happy with our purchase. I cannot recommend Derco enough, and more specifically Judy!

We had a great experience designing my engagement ring with Judy at Derco.

The service and selection here is top-notch and why we ended up choosing Derco. They had so many different options to look at in the showroom and were always willing to bring out more options from the back (e.g. I wanted to look at different sizes). At other places, they often don't have them in-store.

Judy also answered all of our questions and really guided us throughout the process. We came several times and we never felt rushed or pressured - we felt like she really wanted to make sure we were 100% sure and in love with what we picked. She showed us all the options - different cuts, carat sizes, settings, and even wedding bands so we could see what it would look like together. Once we decided on the oval cut, Judy asked what carat size, color, clarity, and ratio we were looking for so they could find something in that range. We came back two weeks later and she had us look at all the options they found - ended up picking from that batch :)

Based on the pricing, it also seemed very reasonable compared to other places and online retailers. Highly recommend Derco - especially Judy!

Love this place Lorraine help me great customer service was great. Wanted a 46th wedding anniversary ring ended out with two identical bands had to wait four weeks to get the second one made and sized came in at exactly 4 weeks. I love it.

I love Derco's! My fiancé and I went shopping for an engagement ring here last year and I found the perfect ring. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process. They have great prices and treat everyone with kindness. My fiancé proposed about a year ago and I've been wearing the ring almost daily. I cleaned it in the ultrasonic cleaner they gave me (for free) and was dismayed to find one of the small melee stones on the side had fallen out. i couldn't find the stone and had a mini freak out. i took it to Derco's today and they fixed it within 10 minutes, free of charge. I left elated that my ring was so sparkly again. I can rest easy knowing their team is always there to help me.

Forget 5 stars... Derco deserves 10 stars!

I cannot recommend Derco ENOUGH! Came here with my partner for wedding bands and they really delivered. They had so many options to choose from and they had some truly unique designs that I never saw before! This is the spot to go for different types of stones, designs, occasions! I definitely plan to come back for other items to add to my ever so small jewelry collection... a bracelet and some fancy earrings - a beautiful necklace. They had so many different styles and pieces and even offered customized designs and jewels.

Aside from all the options - they compete with prices! They are truly negotiable and fair market with their prices and quality. They are no nonsense folks and will give you truth about gems! I was educated during my visit and very very happy with my band!

Ask for Nate! He's the absolute best..when shopping for an engagement ring it can feel overwhelming to know what to look for. Nate was extremely patient and took the time to explain/answer all of our questions. We looked at countless options. They have such a big selection and range in prices. By the time we left we felt confident in our choice. We can't wait until it arrives. Their jewelry is absolutely beautiful and their hospitality is like no other. They have a life time customer from us now.

Absolutely the BEST customer service ever. JACK is the best! We purchased our rings around 2017/2018...My husband and I went in today to resize my wedding band that I haven't worn in 6 years because I had my first born and couldn't fit it anymore. I just had my second kid and it was finally time to get it resized. We ended up resizing my wedding band, engagement ring and also my husband's wedding band. He gave it a good polish and it looked practically new. He also cleaned my Van Cleef Guilloche necklace. On top of that, he hooked us up with a machine to clean our jewelry at home with some solutions. Very attentive and super nice. Did I mention everything he did was free of charge! Will definitely come back again and will recommend them to friends and family

I am so grateful for the incredible experience I've had with Derco! I had the pleasure of working with several of their welcoming and knowledgeable staff, but I worked closest with Greg. GREG IS PHENOMENAL! He patiently helped me navigate through the overwhelming process of finding the perfect engagement ring. Greg is passionate about his work, and he found me a ring beyond anything I could have ever imagined or hoped for. My wife loved her engagement ring so much that we went back to Derco a few months later for her wedding band. Again, Greg worked diligently with us and helped us find a ring that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Derco! They are by far the most friendly jewelers I have visited and will be the only people I go to in the future.

My dudes, I almost exclusively review places that I feel deserve 5 stars. So my review means this place is the spot to hit. Longer review below (including tips). Key takeaway: the most important thing to get right is the SETTING, not the actual diamond. I'll explain why below.

My review is specifically for finding an engagement ring (and specific to working with Delin).

-Make an appointment. We had a fantastic experience with Delin, but I'm sure others will treat you well here. If you come without an appointment, just know it gets busy.

-If this is your first jeweler, and you're coming as a couple, be prepared for some intense emotions and a follow-up conversation after your first time here, because THINGS ARE BECOMING VERY REAL. For that reason, I actually recommend coming as a couple. You can always save the surprise part of the engagement for the actual proposal.

-When you walk in, you'll be asked if you want any of your current jewelry (necklace, bracelets, rings, etc) cleaned. So come to your appointment fully blinged out and get your stuff cleaned.

-One of the first questions you'll be asked is if you prefer lab-grown or earth-mined. Discuss this before coming in. No one can tell the difference, and at the end of the day, most of the people who are going to comment on the ring will only comment on the size because it's weird to stare at a ring for too long. If you go with earth-mined, then if you are budget-conscious, choose where you want to compromise on the color/clarity/carat, because those factors will have big implications on cost. If you go with lab-grown, you can just select all the "best" specs and your price won't really change much from a similarly-sized diamond with "lesser" specs.

-You can customize the setting. This is the BIGGEST value add of going to an actual store. If your partner kind of likes some of the settings, then ask if there are previous custom project molds you can look at. We found looking at custom molds for previous clients to be SUPER helpful. There are so many ways you can go with settings, and that's really where the preference of the actual ring-wearer will come in.

-Derco's prices are very fair, but don't feel shy about asking if they can use a diamond you found online. The most important things to get right is the setting, and you'll be told what range of carats work well with the selected setting. The diamond is weirdly the most replaceable part of the engagement ring.

-We are coming back to get our bands, and we'll be coming back for any other important jewelry. Our experience was so, so good.
