Aldo and his wife left the interior of my 10-year old Prius and its engine looking brand new. My belongings were nicely organized and the exterior throughly waxed. It is apparent everything they do is with care.

As a bonus, they buffed out some damage to the paint on the passenger side of my car, painted and applied rust protection. Truly above and beyond customer care.

To find it on Ravenswood Ave just park on either side of the road and look for door 5612 propped open, no sign, where Google Maps takes you and walk toward the end of the hallway and Detail Doctor on your left at the other side of the building. Just message Aldo on Google Maps when you get there or call. He will come out and look at your car. Aldo and his wife provided very good detailing service for my car, leaving it looking as good as new. I recommend clearing out your car before the detailing session for optimal results.

Aldo is very responsive via Google chat or a phone call. He accepts Zelle for payment without additional fee. He is an honest guy.

Despite finding a rat problem, Aldo meticulously cleaned my engine bay. This was my main concern. He also changed my air filter for 50. I did not want to do this myself with the rat problem. He also offered to stay late to finish when he realized it was worse than expected. I wish I took before photos of my engine, it was very filthy. But I took some afterwards. Every penny spent was worth it. I'll be returning to Detail doctor for sure.

Great Attention to detail and special requests granted! We had a rodent in our engine, somewhere hiding under the hood, and it caused terrible smells through the venting system. When I called to ask, Aldo did not hesitate to take the job. " yes of course, will fix it - make it like new!" I loved his attitude and the results. We have a Subaru SUV also recently returned from a camping trip so Aldo had his hands full. it looked great inside and out and he shined the tires as well and all I could smell was the ozone and cleaner that he used. Expertise: When I first brought my 1996 Lexus ES300 to Aldo, I came in because my car smelled weird and I suspected it because water had seeped into the floor of my car over the years when it rained. Aldo was incredibly knowledgeable about the interior and exterior parts of a car and helped explain why that was happening and how it impacted my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand.

Integrity: Aldo was honest with me. After performing a quick consultation, he let me know that my car had significant rust damage in the area where it had gotten wet over the years and that an interior detail would make it worse. Rather than detail my car at the risk of making the issue worse, he armed me with that knowledge and advised me to hold off on any interior detailing until I could fix the rust. He also advised me a product that could help with the smell if I wasn't in a position to fix the rust. I really admire Aldo's honesty and helpfulness to his customers.

Kindness: Aldo recommended an auto body expert, one of his friends, who could help me not only fix the rust on the floor of my car but also the other rust spots on my car that aged my car for a great price. Aldo went above and beyond to help me so that I could fix my 27-year-old car and keep it running for several more years. He let me know that if I decided to fix the rust I could bring the car back to him and he would detail it for me.

Quality: I leveraged Aldo's recommendation and ended up removing all of the rust and painting the entire car. My car looked great on the outside and taking my car to Aldo to get an interior detail elevated my car even more, turning my old, rusted car into a vehicle that looked like new. Aldo removed my seats and vacuumed and shampooed my carpets and removed all of the stains. He fixed a side panel that was coming off and even organized everything in my trunk. He painted one of my rims to help it match the other three out of simply wanting to do his best work. He washed, clay barred and waxed the exterior. He even buffed my headlights. The before and after of my car is unbelievable and for a really great price!

Detail Doctor was great! My car looks wonderful! They took extra care and time to get all the hard baked-in dirt off my hood and roof, and offered to help me touch up paint some little chipped spots as well as replacing a bent plastic side panel will definitely be going back and sending my friends there!

I'm still in shock at how amazing the car turned out. It looks brand new! It was definitely a tough job for Aido to get it in shape - the wheels in particular had never been really cleaned and took four passes. Just incredible. We've had our Honda Fit for 8 years and we have only ever vacummed the interior once (we are lazy people :) ). The floorboard was covered in pollen and dust consumed pretty much everything else. After the detailing our car looks better than when we bought it used from Honda City Chicago. No idea how they got everything so completely spotless. Cracks and crevices are completely without dust and pollen. Price was absolutely reasonable and an amazing value given the work done. Highly recommended!
