Detailing Masters

I recently took my Mini Cooper Countryman to Detailing Masters, and they did an incredible job. It had been over three years since I had my car cleaned, and now it looks like new.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I reached out, which was super convenient. Their prices were competitive, offering great value for the quality of work done.

Was looking for a reputable detailing service in SJ and found Detailing Masters through instagram!

The scheduling was so easy and very clear. I brought my car in and he estimated 3 hours, the communication was really great throughout the appointment too - picked it up and my car looked incredible!

Literally looked new again! Will for sure be back when I need another detail!

I went last weekend to get my Mazda detailed. After 5 hours, we went to pick up the car. It looked good on first inspection and since this was the first time I have gotten my car cleaned, it all just looked fine.

However, once I drove the car home, i realized that the carpets still had soap in them. Assuming it was shampoo that would dry overnight, i left it as it was.

I took the car out next on Monday (1 day later). The car was stinking!! The mats hadn't dried. I took out the mats (they've still not dried btw.) however, the interior of the car is still stinking. Also, the car windscreen now keeps forming a layer of mist every morning on the inside.

I tried contacting the service to see of they can do something about it before dropping this review. I was told that they would come fix it today. However, I've not gotten a call about this, all my messages are left on unread.

I wanted to love this place and make them a regular. But it's seriously not worth it. Save your money and car. I need to go elsewhere to get it cleaned and get the horrible damp smell out of the car.

My car feels like the first day I bought it absolutely wonderful job. It was also very affordable for the full service package.

I got my tenth generation Honda Accord an interior detail with an engine bay cleaning. When I dropped off my vehicle, they estimated it will be done in three hours. About an hour and a half later, they texted me saying my car is done. I was a bit skeptical that they may not do a thorough detail, but much to my surprise, they did an excellent job.

In addition, I had them install a set of F1 custom floor mats. I gave them a $40 tip for doing an outstanding job.

The only thing is that Zam speaks limited english. But it will not stop me to patronize them again in the future.

I took my Model Y to the shop for detailing. And there were some stains that were hard to clean, so they asked me to come back again. And this time with a new cleaning solution they were able to clean off all the steins, even the ones that seemed to seep through the PPF! Amazing work. Highly recommended.

I took my 2015 Audi A6 to get detailed by Zamir, and he really paid attention to detail. The carpet was spotless, windows were shined up, and leather seats were squeaky clean. Not to mention the spilled wine on the door. I didn't think it would come off, but he did it. I would recommend this business to friends and family. This business is now under new ownership and it is even better than before. Very prompt service that worked with my schedule and my car was done on time. Very meticulous attention to detail and my very dirty old car came out looking like new! A great deal and they even did extra special work for me above and beyond. The guys are friendly, courteous, and respectful. It was a pleasure doing business with Vihn, Jack and Michael. I will definitely be back.

I had my truck thoroughly washed and cleaned inside and out, as well as waxed. Affordably priced and of high caliber. I was thrilled to be able to schedule an appointment on the same day. They provide many services. I recommed them and would hire again in the future.

The owner, Zamirbek was extremely responsive with my questions, and quick to schedule an appointment with me.

His guys did a fantastic job washing and waxing my Model Y, and all for a fantastic price.

I couldn't have been happier and will be back in the future.
