DG Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Perfect Climate, who put in my Furnace and Air Conditioning to get new filters. Apparently they are out of business and my call was forwarded to DG Heating and Air Conditioning. One of the owners, Mike returned my call and asked if he could help me. I told him I needed new filters and he said that he would order them for me and deliver them to my home. That was great service. I will now call them for any of my furnace or air conditioning needs. Mike is really a nice guy and will go out of his way to help you.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my Heating and Air Conditioning serviced. No problem getting an appointment immediately.

Monte arrived on time and immediately impressed me by putting on shoe covers before coming in. He said "I tell my guys, treat your customer's house like you would your own" - and proved it. Came in and got it done quickly and at a good price. I'd definitely call them again.

Every technician should be trained like Montie. He is very knowledgeable, very courteous and trustworthy. He explained everything that he was doing. I have never had my Heating and Air serviced like Montie did. Great work.

This is the second time I have used DG, both times I was impressed. Brandon arrived right in the middle of the time window and was professional and courteous. Our AC had not been blowing as cold as we expected. He asked a few questions and said he had an idea and checked a few things. I had a sense at what it might cost but when he was finished he gave me the bill which was a little below what I expected and a reasonable price. I chose them because a friend with rental properties uses them and has been happy. I will use them again next time and ask for Brandon.

This will supplement my previous five star rating for DG. I'll keep it simple:
If anyone tells you there are no guarantees in life, walk away from them because they are WRONG !! After servicing my DG installed wall furnace, there remained some annoying glitches. The thermostat seemed to be malfunctioning. But after three visits to my house to try to fix it, BRANDON was sent out and had the problem solved in short order. Ask for him if you do business with DG. I would add a sixth star after dealing with Brandon. My furnace is operating perfectly now. All this after a year and a half after installing the furnace and no extra charge. There are guarantees in life. DG proves it.

We just had our first maintenance service done on our heat pump HVAC. Brandon was great! He let us follow him around so we could ask questions and learn more about our system. He was very thorough in his answers and explained what he was doing as he did the maintenance check on our air handler and compressor.
Marian was also very helpful in explaining how the service contract works, answering my questions and making an appointment for Brandon to come out and take care of us.
DG Heating and Air Conditioning has great employees and does really good work. We highly recommend them.

This rating is from the Order of Malta in Menlo Park. Our heater went down, and we called these guys to come out. Not only did they take care of us right away, and solve our problem, they even had a tech named Chance, who stopped by on his own, to see how the heater was working. THAT customer service right speaks volumes! Thank you, Marian, for having your amazing crew come out to help us.

Brandon did a fantastic job troubleshooting, optimizing, and servicing our AC - Heaters. He's a really great person to interact with as well.

Annual maintenance on home heating and air conditioning performed by Brandon. Explained process thoroughly. He really knows his stuff, and I felt very comfortable with him and his work. He is well trained and knowledgeable just like all of the other DG technicians who have serviced my system over the years. They are a stellar company - would not use any other hvac company! Very reasonable pricing and value for money.

I had an amazing experience with DG Heating and Air Conditioning. Eddie was phenomenal in helping with my broken thermostat. I don't realize it was still under warranty and Eddie went out of his way to get the replacement thermostat on order and saved me a lot of money and time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Each Spring I have my A/C serviced. The Tech arrived exactly on time. Very polite and answered all my questions. He inspected the outside unit as well as the furnace air filter, etc.. The quality of work is outstanding. After 4 years of trying, I have finally found the best heating and airconditioning company in the San Jose area. In the Fall, I have my furnace inspected and serviced. Again, another great job. Over the years, I have used other companies, but no more! Once I discovered DG Heating & Air Conditioning my "worries and dissatisfactions" were over. You honestly get more than what you pay for.

It was time to replace my 70 year old ducts and 30 year old gas furnace. I favored a change to a ducted heat pump system and talked to 6 contractors before I found the right one - DG. Besides the estimator Kyle, the owners -John and Mike - personally came out to assess the job and configure the system. Their price was in the middle of my quotes and I liked their choice of equipment more than any of the others.The installers, Alberto and his crew, took great pride in their work and did a wonderful job. They consulted me when decisions needed to be made and threw in a few nice extras like replacing some 20 year old duct runs and adding a line from my electrical panel in case I have a heat pump water heater in my future. Even the inspector was impressed with the quality of their work. We passed the HERS duct leak test with flying colors. I highly recommend them.
