Diablo Services had been taking care of all of our cars for many years and their service has always been exceptional. This week I needed one of our cars checked as my nephew was taking it across country back to college. The timing was tight and sure enough the day before he was to leave, the check engine light came on. Their shop is very busy, but Diana fit us in, got the car checked out, hustled to find the part and the car was fixed in one day. I can not thank Diana and Tom enough for the many years of putting up with our family and our crazy car issues. You are truly the very best.
PS : As my nephew and I left the shop she gave him a few tips about driving across country and reminded him to call the shop if anything happens with the car. DIABLO SERVICES IS THE BEST!!!

First off I must confess, car repairs are normally not one of my favorite things in life. It ranks right up there with having a root canal or proctology exam.

Tom and his team really stepped up to the plate and made what normally is a painful ordeal into a pleasant transaction going over and above my expectations.
Our 2001 Mercedes is running and driving like a new car. Smooth as silk with cheetah performance... and that's a FACT!

Had my timing belt/water pump replaced back in April 2022. Dropped off my LS430 in the morning and picked it up later that day. Also brought oil and an oil filter in which they performed an oil change as well. Overall great service, and a fast turn around. I was referred by a friend and I would gladly recommend anybody else.

If you're looking for an honest, excellent auto service place, look no further.
They have worked on my Toyota. You can count on honest, cost effective, and expert care. We're donating our car to our son so we wanted it thoroughly checked out. They did a very thoroughly inspection and found nothing to repair! In addition, it was a free inspection. Can't find more integrity than that.

Tom and his crew are the greatest! Tom never "fixes" more than is necessary and is totally honest and upstanding. He really knows his stuff and the prices are reasonable.

Recently, my car did not pass smog so I took it to Tom to fix the problem. It was a valve issue. Tom tried to fix it by cleaning the valve so I wouldn't have to purchase a whole new part which was over $200. Then, he took the car to the smog place to get it checked. Unfortunately, it did not pass so he had to go ahead and purchase the new part. Then, he went back to the smog place himself and it passed. I appreciated that he tried to save me money by cleaning it and he went above and beyond by taking the car to the smog place himself. Although I do have to pay for the smog test, at least I didn't have to go through the hassle of taking it there myself twice.

This place is trash. NEVER GO HERE I took my fourunner to these guys before and they said I need a whole new engine. See me being a car guy I knew this was false i just didn't have the time to do the work my self. All it needed was a new alternator and a battery and since that day I've put almost 25,000 more miles on THE SAME ENGINE. If this is how u guys make your money just kno karma will get y'all. Smfh.
