I left a post earlier today and I meant to leave it with Terminix pest control not Diablo Valley pest control. I do apologize.

Luke did a great job for us for 7 years. He was always responsive, communicated well and accommodated our schedule as best he could. More importantly we saw great results once he started treating our yard. Thank you for your service and if we hadn't moved out of the area, we'd still be loyal customers.

Luke was fantastic for us. We had problems with ants, which my wife absolutely hates, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive whenever we had an issue. We nicknamed him the ant whisperer because he knows more about ants than anyone I have ever known. We are moving out of the Bay Area and won't be able to use his services anymore, but if any of you reading this need a great pest control guy, Luke is the one.

Luke has been helping my wife and I for quite a while now. He has always been responsive, accommodating and above all trustworthy.

Luke does a fantastic job with our pest control. Our previous company was unable to prevent ants in our home. Since Luke has taken over, we have not had an ant problem. He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. We appreciate his diligence and work ethic. I highly recommend his service.

Last year, we had a BIG ant issue - not only outside, but they started to make their way into our kitchen. I found Luke online, and I'm so thankful I called him. While he said it could take about a week for the spray to work, two days after he sprayed, they were completely gone. Poof! Like magic!

I signed up for the maintenance program (highly suggest). Luke comes every two months to spray. With this service, if I happen to see any bugs before the two month service is due, Luke encouraged me to contact him immediately, and notify him of the issue. I never have to remind him to come out. Like clockwork, every two months he's here. Luke will text me a day or two in advance, and let me know when he plans to come spray so I can be sure to leave my gate unlocked, and keep the dogs inside.

Luke is CRAZY knowledgeable about bugs/pests. He has eagle eyes, and can spot an ant trail from a mile away. Today, at first site, he identified bugs I found as springtails. He knew EVERYTHING about these bugs and advised me accordingly.

Luke is honest, SUPER friendly and pleasant. He is respectful of our home and all of our newly-planted plants surrounding it. He responds almost immediately if I text him. He comes right at the 2-month mark - on the nose. Payment is even a BREEZE ... we just send him money through Venmo.

I wish everyone were as friendly, easy to work with, and conscientious as Luke.

If you have bugs/pests, he's the guy to call. 100%.

I am outside Luke's service area, but gave him a call about advice regarding springtails and he was very informative and forthcoming with his advice. Based on how he treats a non-customer I'm sure he'd provide great service to paying customers.

I wish I could give Luke more stars. Friendly, honest service and he goes above and beyond. He has come to our home for a pesky flea problem our cat dragged in one day. He not only answered every question and concern we had clearly and thoroughly but he was incredibly informative about the problem, process of elimination and products used (we have an 18month old a husky and a cat so we were worried about this).

He worked around our schedules and was really responsive and attentive in a follow up.

Luke is the type of person you want to give you business to and refer your friends to, should they ever be unfortunate enough to need him =/
