These guys are awesome!
Second time having them help me. First time was duplicate of my Prius keys that I needed made because I lost all of it....but they made it for me on the spot!

Second was the ignition key that was all messed up and I couldn't turn off my car. I called them around 5pm so the suppliers were closed but they came the next day and repaired it for me! thank you and ask for their help next time i have issues with keys or locks again!

The key lock in our front door cylinder rotated freely without engaging the deadbolt. I contacted Diamond and got an immediate response from Ray. He sent DeShawn, who quickly diagnosed the problem. At first he thought it might require a new custom cylinder that could take a few weeks to order. But DeShawn was resourceful and he was able to locate the individual part that broke in the mechanism and replace it at a fraction of the original estimated cost, within 2 days!

I love it when a business underpromisses and overdelivers. Our front door lock is now back in business, faster and cheaper than it could have been. Plus, both Ray and DeShawn responded quickly to my texts, and DeShawn was very friendly and personable.

Response time was within 10 minutes for a lockout service. Got an ETA of 20-35 mins and DeSean came within 18 mins. Courteous and was direct on what needs to be done. The lock was a bit stubborn but he did not give up and stayed very calm. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and couldn't be happier with whom came out to help.

Well worth the value quoted in the speed they were able to provide. Hopefully I don't have another issue again but they are the diamond in the rough!

This is the second time I called on this locksmith. This time I locked a door and could not find the key. I requested Diamond locksmith to come to the rescue. They sent Tishon to address the problem. He came on time and performed the service quickly and efficiently. I asked him to make copies of the door keys and he made it on site without any problem. I decided to ask for copies of another door within the house while he was there. He did not have the right equipment for that particular door lock. Instead, he called on another co-worker who had the right equipment to come over. His name was Justin. Justin made an appointment to see me on the date and time I would be available. Justin came on the agreed upon time and made the spare keys. I highly recommend this company. They are fast, perform the job well, and their employees deliver excellent customer service at a good price.

Did the job fast and easy. We had an older specific lock and they brought just the right solution with them, so the job was done pretty fast.

Ray was able to troubleshoot and fix a broken lock in no time. Professional and skilled, Ray fixed the lock within 30 minutes. I am happy to recommend him to my neighbors.

Ray was very responsive and quick to reply. I setup an appointment with him to meet him at a site in Fremont to copy a car key. New key was laser cut and ready in 10 minutes.
Easy and straightforward with no BS, very fair and reasonable prices. If you meet him at his location it's $45 while onsite is $100. I got a quote from some other place and it was $130 just to recut a key (wtf?).
If you live in the bay area and ever need a locksmith, this should be your go-to guy.
