I've been putting off having a plumber come out to fix my drains. I wanted to say I had a great experience with Hugo.
1st he was prompt and came out same day. I wasn't in a rush but this really helped. He ran a camera to show me the plug had worked itself out BUT I had several other small issues he was equipped to handle for.
He explained everything to me & made recommendations for work I should do & even showed me a newer way to do this.
If I have plumbing issues again I will definitely give them a call.
Rates are on par with other companies.

I called Diamond plumbing to inspect a sewer smell coming from our front bathroom. Hugo was able to send someone that day and they discovered a water leak under the house. The water had to be remediated before they could identify the source of the leak. Hugo recommended ARC water damage and coordinated with them to contact me.
Once the water was cleaned up, Hugo had his crew back out the same day. They identified the leak and presented me with a few options to repair the damage. The next day the crew performed the work, and we were back in business. They were responsive, clean, efficient, and priced fairly.

I would highly recommend this company. Miguel and Hugo come out within 30 mins of calling them for a water leak I had. They were timely, honest, communicative, and reasonable!

Highly highly recommend Diamond plumbing! At 11pm on a weeknight our newly installed showerhead sprung a leak and was dripping through a recessed light downstairs. I frantically messaged them on Yelp and the owner answered and said they'd have someone at our house the next morning. When the technician arrived he took a look at our showerhead, immediately diagnosed the problem, quoted it, and fixed it within the hour. Didn't overcharge us at all and our recessed light no longer leaks!

Our house is an older fixer-upper and every time we've had a plumbing issue Diamond Plumbing has responded and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Our go-to plumber whether it's a clogged drain or leaking pipe or adding a gas line, they've come through for us with great workmanship and excellent customer service.

I called Hugo when my husband and I thought there was a leak under our house. He was thorough in his inspection, great at explaining some of the underground workings of our pipes, and ultimately made sure we didn't pay for anything we didn't need. There are plenty of times when you know exactly what you need (he's probably great at that too), but if you don't, this is the place for you. We will be coming back to Hugo any and all future plumbing needs.

Can't thank Hugo enough for all his help when my parents had a recent crack in their sewage pipes. Hugo was very responsive and helpful. He came out after we had the mess cleaned up and diagnosed exactly what was wrong. He explained what work needed to be done and was honest about his pricing. He was fair and understood we had options. We decided to go with Diamond Plumbing and a lot of it had to do with the service provided by Hugo. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to us which we appreciated. Hugo also showed us pictures and on the day of the job, he sent more pictures to show his work and keep us apprised of the status of the work so we knew when we could start using the plumbing again. We are very thankful for the work performed and the service provided. The job was not cheap, it cost a lot but the cost was reflective of the extensive work that needed to be performed.
