Diamond Pure Water

Diamond pure water is an excellent family owned business that goes the extra mile to provide top quality water that has been filtered through reverse osmosis. They also provide incentives to get water at a cheaper rate by joining their pre-paid plan option, which is well worth it in my opinion. You can't buy cleaner, healthier water anywhere else!! They also provide high quality USA made 5 gallon containers that do not contain BPA. Their customer service is also top notch! Check them out!! Good clean water is a must if you and your family want to be healthy!!

Today the manger helped me by filling up my 5 gallon water jugs and brought them to my car as she saw me carrying my baby in my carrier.

Still coming here to get my water even though there's been increased prices over the years. Still great water quality. Great customer service. They have many different options for water containers, and water containment on hand.

I've been filling up my water jugs here for about two and half years, and I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. The kind of welcome that makes you feel seen. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I enjoy that they play an eclectic array of music. They also offer to load my water for me, which I appreciate as a smaller female.
This kind of customer service and experience feels rare in the post-covid era, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

My family and I have been getting water at this place for what probably is decades and honestly, most of the workers here don't really care about the customers and are just there for a check. I thought I had left a review before but I guess it got deleted or something but on days where I cannot pick up the water, my elderly, 5'1, like 100 pound mother goes to get it. Whenever she'd come home she'd always complain about how the workers see her struggling and choose not to help her despite the store not being busy at all.

However, upon coming in today, I was pleasantly surprised. The (male presenting) associate who was working the register just exuded a warm, welcoming, and radiant personality and made it seem like you actually mattered and that he cared about what you needed help with. They also were very knowledgeable about their job and things related thereof, as they knew answers to my questions about bottle recycling and also some construction issues I had overheard another customer talking to them about. Before I left, I got his name because i wanted to make sure that recognition is given where it is deserved and honestly Matthew you are such an icon and a vibe and you yourself not only deserve 5/5 stars but also a raise!!! someone run this mans some more money!!!

with that being said, Matthew is practically the only reason that I didn't rank this store lower, and i am glad that people like them still exist in this world/the customer service industry

We have been getting all of our drinking water here since 1997. Their water is always great. I have found that the service follows suit and has always fallen within the range of entertaining to pleasant.

Dear Diamond Pure Water, I apologize for the late review.

I have been refilling our water bottles here since the beginning of the year. The water here tastes great. Since finding this place, I have cancelled my delivery service from a well-know huge supplier which saves me over 50% of the costs versus refilling on my own. In addition, the kids that work here are very nice dudes. I recommend this place.

This place is in a big shopping center and there's always front row parking. This is probably the best water you can get in the area. We purchased 4 gallons and a water dispenser. The price was pretty reasonable. The customer service is also really good here. They take the time to explain everything. Overall very satisfied! This is where we will be getting our water.

Our latest obsession is the super pure water you get from a high grade reverse osmosis system. Bargain too.
