Gerado came out on a Sunday to repair some leaky valves. Did a fantastic, high quality job, stayed to ensure the system was working properly, and even walked me through a few maintenance items I wasn't aware of with the rest of my system.
Went above and beyond expectations.

I never will threatened any body since I study karma very deep and I learned that when I have bad thoughts or bad intentions for some one else. that is coming back on me, and I can not afford to put that much bad energy out to the universe because it’ll come back on me.

I had my main sprinkler valves/wires replaced by Gerardo. He is truly a gentleman and a professional. Not only did he do great work in a timely manner, communicating what needed to be done and at a reasonable price; he is a very genuine, kind, and knowledgeable individual who guarantees and stands behind his work. I would recommend him to everyone I know who is in need of sprinkler repair and service.

This person is a scammer. He overcharges and does not complete his work. When confronted he gets defensive and talks down to his client. Don't hire him!

Gerardo is a thorough professional. He's knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He also honors his guarantees ... we had him replace our sprinkler system, but further adjustments needed to be made. He came out and fixed it without any problems. I highly recommend him!

update: Please read my story and other 1 star reviews to get a full picture of the business. Note that the brand has recently switch hands as mentioned by Sarah and others. Please read the good reviews with a grain of salt and be prepare that the quality is no longer the same.
At the moment, I even doubt whether this business is still legit. My issue was eventually fixed today. It turns out the issue was due to broken valves and pipes and has nothing to do with the backflow device. It all makes much sense to me now, because Gerardo was on the completely wrong direction. I am not an expert on this matter but it takes by Darrick from Sprinkler Pro Repair And Install Irrigation minutes to identify the issue and less than two hours for the repair. I was shocked by the amount of incompetence and unprofessionalism. All in all, there are many good sprinkler repair services in the Bay Area. Eric is lying on his review. I never attempt to fix his system, and I never mistreat my customer because that's not the way I was educated he called about three weeks ago looking for help with his irrigation system.
I told him I couldn't help him because I was recovering from
surgery.
Medical records available upon request.
then he keep calling me until, I decide to stop by to see what he's needs where. he has no idea of how his system works and he not even know where his valves where.
His back low device stays own because it is connected to galvanised pipes and the rust inside the pipes is preventing valves and backflow to work properly, so I suggested to replace those pipes for brass or copper but he didn't believe me.
Diploma of backflow school available upon request.
I tried to explain him the problem but he cut me mid sentence about three times so, when I notice he is not willing to listen, I decide not to help him. and I told him to find somebody else, and I started to walk to my vehicle then he asked me a few times to come back. you don't ask someone violent to come back to your house.
perjury and slander are not a common practice of people of value.

It required multiple calls and reminders to get him to the property. He used being sick as an excuse as mentioned by others. After he came, he can not identify or fix the issues. After some failed attempts, he even got upset and angry. I was horrified and even worries he can get violent. Fortunately, he just left. Please do yourself a favor and find a pro somewhere else.
