Ken just fixed my vintage Nakamichi receiver. He only took a couple of weeks but considering he had to order parts that's not bad. I have used 3 or 4 other repair shops in the bay area they took months and charged many times more. Ken really knows what he is doing. This is the best repair shop I've found.

Paul returned last night to install a. Nice sized tv in our bedroom It was a 50 inch Hisense very cost effective! We went through his supplier giving us a very good deal on this Google smart tv. Very nice recommendation Paul. Paul rates another 5 Stars for out of the box looks-and performance performance

I would rate this business as a minus ten. They've had my TV for SEVEN MONTHS! I keep being told they're waiting for a part. FOR SEVEN MONTHS! Don't waste your time. The place is a fire hazard, too. Cardboard boxes stacked everywhere.

my stove broke & company of stove referred me to this abomination of an establishment . anyways , PAUL this message is for you . if you're reading this , which you will . i just want to let you know that your customer service is trash . that's the message . you know how improperly you handle my repair service with your company . if you were not fit to do the job you could have just said that .

When I called about an issue with my TCL Roku TV, Paul immediately knew how to resolve the issue. For a very nominal fee, which was totally worth it, he picked up my TV and returned it (repaired) the next day. Paul was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I was surprised to learn they also repair appliances and HVAC units. I will definitely call Digitech for any future repairs I need.

Literally just told me to throw my tv in the trash and there nothing he can do . Not helpful at all

Paul is the guy for any TV repair needs. My TV had a green tint at the center. He came to check it out and found the issue in no time. He called LG and got the parts ordered and fixed the TV. I was surprised to see Paul change the panel in less than 30 min.

I would highly recommend Paul for any electronic repairs.

I called for an estimate on a tv repair and Paul told me to text him my information and pictures of the tv and serial number and he would send me an estimate that evening. I immediately sent him the information and pics and didnt hear back that night so I texted him back the following evening and he replies that he was extremely busy but that he had it in the office and would send it that night or the next morning. Again I hear nothing from him so I sent another follow up the next evening and he says he had a very busy day and "promises" me that he will send it that night. Surprise, I never received anything.

Drop the tv off said he would call the next day that didn't happen so I called him Than two weeks go by still no call so I call him and he says I was just going to call you Than he tells me he can't find the board now four weeks go by still no call so I call him he says I just was going to call you I told him give me back my tv I'll never go there again

Just picked up my TV that lost picture (still had sound) last week.

Paul offered me a free estimate over the phone so I had my hubby pull down that Tv and we headed over. Nice guy and his shop is packed full of work so I was impressed that it took less than a week for them to receive the part and get mine fixed. Very reasonable pricing for the repair. I'm thoroughly happy with their service and will refer them to everyone I know!

Hope I don't have to use their services for a while but I will definitely return to them if the need arises!
