When we send a confirmation via email especially when we have received photos we inform the customer that the estimate needs to be seen in person since there is more involved in repairing the damage than they may realize. We also include the below response and give them a phone number to call to if they would like to pursue it further.

So I called this company, we made an appointment... He showed up on time in two hours the ding was gone, could not see even a trace of it. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Jim P.Bellingham, WA0181Oct 6, 2012First to ReviewI took them a crater smashed in the door of my Civic that was probably 3-4cm wide and probably 2-3mm deep, over a sharp angle in the door, with a lot of scuffed paint. The repair is flawless. I've endured nasty door dings in other cars before, but no longer. Customer service was exemplary also. If I find the *** that smashed in my door, obviously on purpose, I'll leave him a Dingbuster business card after I even the score.
