I scheduled an appt online and Thomas called back right away. He made an appt for me ASAP. He was on time for our scheduled appt. The issue with my washing machine was fixed within 30 mins. Reasonable price and gave a coupon for next repair. Thomas is very friendly and professional. Recommended. Thanks again!

Had Thomas come out from Discount Appliance Repair to check my dishwasher that was showing several error codes and also check my fridge for a non-working ice maker and some water pooling under my crisper tray. Thomas was personable and knowledgeable. Appreciated his recommendation to purchase a new dishwasher instead of pushing me to spend a lot of money on a temporary fix. Also gave me a discount to clear the drain lines while replacing the broken ice maker. Overall, the service was efficient and cost-effective. I will use them again in the future. Thanks!

He showed up on time performed the needed services on my clothes washer and left . The price seemed reasonable for the work performed

Service call 90 dollars to just tell me it will be to costly to repair. Didn't take out the oven to use his diagnostic tool. Smooth condescending talker... blaming whoever installed it installed it wrong. I would have to get a contractor to pull out the oven because it is too heavy for him to take out? So he can check it out. Come on now, are you not a. Appliance repair person. Don't believe everything on yelp

He just told me buy another one. He would have to order all these circuit boards that amounted to 1,400 + labor. 5 circuit boards to fix it...

You will pay this company over and over to fix the same problem. Sent them out to fix my washer. Almost same price to fix as new washer. After paying them to fix, the washer had same problem months later and they just wanted to charge me high costs for problem they did not fix the first time. They have no integrity and do not stand by their work. They just want more of your money. Stay away!

Our old (30 years old at least) Kenmore refrigerator stopped working on late Sunday afternoon. Hadn't had any problems with it before, but not surprised it stopped due to the age. Started calling repair companies first thing Monday morning and either didn't get answers or they weren't working yet due to COVID-19, but thankfully Thomas called us back just before we were about to head out the door to shop for a new refrigerator. He not only was working, but gave us a same day appointment for that afternoon. Thomas kept us updated when he experienced delays on other appointments. Thomas was a true professional and problem solver. He quickly identified the problem was a Timer Controller. Of course no parts available, but he was able to evaluate newer models, carefully checked the components, and found us a viable replacement. A week later our frig is still working great. While Thomas was here he also checked out a problem with our stove top burners and a wall heater in our master bathroom. Most other repair technicians would barely address the problem they were hired for. We felt Thomas was very proactive and intent on problem solving. He even called us back later that evening to let us know that he wasn't able to find the part for the wall heater, and it was nice to have someone check back to ensure things were still working okReally appreciate that proprietorship and customer service. We will definitely use Discount Appliance Repair again!

We called and spoke with Thomas this morning about our oven not heating up after my husband replaced the igniter and the oven still would not heat. Thomas came out within 3 hours and identified the issue immediately as a faulty part and was able to replace the part and fix the issue within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Discount Appliance. Thank you Thomas for a great job. We appreciate it so much!

Absolutely recommend! The heating element in my 6 yr old dryer went out and Thomas came out the next day, masked on and polite.

Hadn't realized how much lint accumulated until it was abundantly clear.I haven't had my dryer vent cleaned. I moved in 6 years ago and never much of a thought.
Thomas went above and beyond and showed me what could lead to a serious fire hazard and most definitely strongly suggested a vent cleaning. Took his advise contacted a service. Great recommendation. Serendipitous, I think! Feeling relieved that this is the last thing that could fire up the house.
Never knew and I honestly think this was easily preventable.
