I've used these guys for years to do the annual inspection for my backflow preventer, so when my sewer pump was acting up, they were the first ones I called. Oscar and Victor came out, and after more than half an hour of hard work, they deduced that I actually had an electrical issue rather than a plumbing problem. Since they aren't electricians, they obviously couldn't fix it, but they didn't even charge me for the visit and diagnosis! Now that's what I call service!

This team did our whole house repipe as well as replace the main water line from meter. Their work was professional, clean, and the crew worked extremely hard. We recently hired Discount Plumbing & Rooter to replace our 83-year-old cast iron drain pipes and sewer lines, including replacing the entire sewer lateral out to the main. The company's workers have tons of experience doing these types of jobs, and they were perfectionists in the best way -- the quality of their work was outstanding. I had a water leak in an irrigation pipe under a slab, Ricardo came to my house to evaluate it then Robert/Discount Plumbing gave me a competitive fair bid and managed to schedule my repair the next day. Ricardo came back on time and managed to finish the repair and test it effectively. He also installed an auto shut off Moen Leak detector and I can shut off the water source over WiFi in the future if need to. We called Discount Plumbing & Rooter because our water heater had failed. They sent out Oscar and Edwardo promptly, and they provided same-day service. Oscar and Edwardo promptly diagnosed the water heater issues, suggested a course of action, and swiftly executed the job while being extremely polite. I would not hesitate to use their services again; in fact, we will should any needs arise. I would happily send them over to my 75-year-old mother's house if she needed plumbing, and I would do so comfortably without feeling the need to be there. Fantastic work, guys!

We have reached out to Discount Plumbing on a few occasions, and every experience has been positive. They are professional. They pick up after themselves when they enter a home they cover their feet with disposable shoe covers. I had an appointment last week with Oscar Galicia and he was patient and professional. He came back a second time to go under the house to assess our water problem. I asked him how much I owed him ,he said nothing that it's complementary. Their contact person, Leo, was very helpful and polite from the start of this big project through to its conclusion. Sewer lateral had to be replaced in a tricky area at my home in Belmont. The workers were professional and hard working. I would recommend this company. Beware of other companies with the same name, though. Several other plumbers quoted me prices nearly doubled what Leo quoted me for the same job and tried to sell me things I did not need.
