Apparently this place just opened in Sausalito next to tridents.

Ambiance was very clean, with a spectacular view, overlooking the water.

Service was just as you would expect--5 star.

Now to the food: *Usher voice* "OOOOH MYYY GODDDD"

Everything was just as delicious as they looked.

Tacos were bursting with flavor and the black beans paired well with them.

The truffle fries were crispy and the smoked aioli had just the right amount of kick.

Salmon was cooked to perfection--moist but not undercooked.

The potato puree was creamy, yet oh so velvety.

That burger--it was juicy. It was sexy. And it hit every high note like Mariah Carey.

Definitely give this place a try.

Got the Dungeness crab Benedict from the brunch menu as well as the truffle fries and duck tacos. I quite enjoyed the tacos, the fries were good but not the best I've had (I prefer heavier truffle flavor) and the Benedict was good as well, but I'm not sure the crab was that well integrated into the dish and the salad and potatoes that came with it were meh. I did really enjoy the eggs though, the one I had was just the right amount of runniness.

Service was so right, view was amazing. I think the photos speak for themselves. The AC was a bit too much indoors.

Great spot to catch stunning views of SF, Angel Island, Alcatraz, the sailboats, etc. Higher end than the restaurant directly below it (Trident). The drinks were great (we did some sparkling from Spain, almost tasted like a cava). I had the shrimp cocktail and the lobster roll - both were ok, not amazing but also not bad. My spouse had oysters with our friend and also had the lobster roll. The oysters were apparently very good as was the mignonette. Our friend had the oysters and then the burger. The burger was large / good portion and pretty tasty. Overall the service was very friendly but incredibly slow.

Would highly recommend this place over the others along the water in Sausalito. It's not winning a Michelin star but it's solid, friendly, nicely designed, and decent food with incredible views.

The view. The fire pits outside. Such a forget upper level dining experience. Being north easterners the service is here was really impressive. Must try the chowder. Especially if you prefer a more broth like consistency.

To whom it may concern; As business in Marin, who has seen many business grow & leave. I feel so disappointed to see a so called business owner
Nikita K coming to every other restaurant in Marin to give a bad / negative review just because she thinks she knows what's best. As a regular customer of yours who have dine with you and see you & your family work hard in the industry, the attitude you have & bring everytime you get into a place is very unethical. As you try places that you might don't like, instead of giving trashy reviews you should communicate with the owners so we can improve our business. You restaurant isn't perfect, the food is not always right but we came back multiple times.
So sad we won't do this anymore & hopefully you mature & realize that everyone knows each other in this industry & we need to stay together.

This is Sausalito's only fine dining restaurant on the iconic site of the old Ondine's with windows and a deck right on the bay. The food is a match for the views, as beautiful to look at as it is original and tasty. The owner, Nikita, is gracious and attentive to the diner's experience. A wonderful dining experience!

Mini mushroom tacos and a seasonal watermelon salad make tasty starters.

I can't update my review on Open Table so I'm here. Cliff notes: View and service are great. Desserts taste like styrofoam. Loud stadium country music is classless, tacky, and ruins the ambiance.

The update? I got violent food poisoning from the crab benedict. Never going back here.

We first encountered the restaurant through Sausalito's Restaurant Week in March 2024. We came on the last day, and I looked forward to the 3-course menu. The food was amazing! Octopus (and there was a lot of octopus in the dish), salmon for the main course, and carrot cake for dessert. At that time, service was slow, given how many were in the restaurant that evening. However, one thing that makes me appreciate the owner and chef most is that they are open and interested in your feedback. I received an email the next day from the owner and gave her my honest feedback. I have been with friends several times for dinner and brunch since then and will say the food has been great every time! I am also impressed to note that they respond to every review. Besides the delicious food we experienced during Restaurant Week, during other visits, I have enjoyed the scallops, wagyu beef, duck and beef tacos, seasonal salads, the calamari, and my personal favorite since I love dessert--the yuzu poppy seed cake. I will never go there without getting that dessert; they can never take it off the menu. I also enjoyed the miso chocolate chip cookies, which were served warm. It is unusual for the chef and owner to be so personally involved with their guests, and I think this sets them apart. They truly care about their guests' experience and want to improve and meet the needs of their guests. Many of their items are gluten-free. :) And heck, the view isn't bad either! ;) Ditas has become one of my favorite restaurants in Marin.

Went to Ditas for my husband's birthday dinner. The table was lovely and the view gorgeous. Oddly only five tables were filled all night? Seemed strange for a beautiful Friday night and I am wishing them luck as it will need to pick up..

However the food is too expensive for small portions. The food was not hot which was also strange as there were so few people there.

It was good but not great which one would hope for at such a pricey place.

The waitress was sweet but kept forgetting parts of our meal. The desserts were the best part. It would have been nice if they had done a little something for a special occasion as they knew it was his birthday but that is not required of course. It just makes one want to return.

Overall I hope they succeed as it truly is a beautiful spot!

Let me just say, brunch was

This weekend I brunched at Ditas in Sausalito.

First, their view of the bay is absolutely breath taking. The interior decorator truly blessed the space with beautiful cream and gold accents. They had a small patio area looking over the bay and the main dining area has windows on 3 of the 4 walls. So you're guaranteed to have an unobstructed view from ANY seat!

Let's get into the delicious food and the delectable sips at Ditas!

      - Broccoli Soup - absolutely delicious, it included fresh broccoli and prosciutto.

      - Clam Chowder - 8/10 this dish included fresh clams.

      - Truffle Fries - 10/10 best fries I've ever had!

      - Duck Tacos - 10/10 The tacos are tiny but they truly pack a punch. The taco shells are made from crispy wonton shells and the duck was super tender. The flavors were phenomenal!

      - Seared Calamari - 8/10 the calamari was absolutely delicious, though the hummus/bean paste was average.

      - Lobster Roll - 8/10 the lobster was fresh and the sauce was delicious, though the roll was a bit over toasted for my preference. But I'd definitely order it again!

      - P.E.I. Mussels - 7/10 the mussels were delicious, but they were overpowered by the pasta. The dish was delicious, just didn't expect it to be so pasta heavy.

      - Australian Lamb Rack - 8/10 the rack only included 2 ribs, yet it was still delicious!

Can't wait to try the scallops!
