Been coming to Divis Spa for the past few months and always get their 90 minute massage. The staff is incredibly friendly and the massages are always relaxing and enjoyable. I'm always impressed with how well the staff work through sore spots on my back and neck.
Additionally, the staff that works up front is super nice! I always look forward to booking an appointment here.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 14391206Aug 20, 2024
Saw a review posted that stated, "It wasn't the worst massage I've ever had but it was a very close second."
Unfortunately, this was also my experience. I did call same day for a 60 minute deep tissue reflexology appointment I was shocked to be able to get in.
Parking was very easy on Divis mid-day. It was very loud inside from the street noises and there was light music in the background. The foot massage itself was not good, I was so disappointed :( The massage was extremely light pressure and basically just felt like someone rubbing a coat of lotion on my foot over and over. It really did absolutely nothing for me but put me in a sour mood because my feet were very sore and I was looking forward to pampering myself and relaxing.
I try so hard to write upbeat/positive reviews but I also would like to warn people. Apparently there is a good mani/pedi in this space and I hear good reviews for that but I could not recommend the foot massage/reflexology. I don't know the person's name but I'm sure there are other very talented masseuses.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 24, 2024
I went in for a 60 min massage and mani/pedi. The mani/pedi was super basic, they didn't even cut or push back my cuticles. Pedi they didn't clean my toenails. It was definitely an "Express" experience.
The massage was GREAT though, I fell asleep! You are fully clothed but did great to relax me and feel refreshed.
It was around $115 with tips. I would come back for the massage!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jessica R.Sacramento, CA2275Oct 25, 2023
the reflexology was amazing, but the manicure was very likely the worst $22 I've ever spent. They were really busy when I had it done, so I came back for redemption. Ultimately just to have them remove the polish

I'm so glad I was able to use my ClassPass credits here. My 30 minute foot massage with Ai Linh was so relaxing. I should've scheduled for the one hour. Parking was just hard to find.

This place is an absolute gem. I've come twice now for the 60 min neck, shoulder, back massage and both times have consistently been amazing. Both times I've been able to make same day appointments during the weekday through ClassPass. This is a no frills massage experience, where you actually wear your clothes and they massage you over a blanket. But don't get me wrong, you can still feel all the pressure and get the muscle relaxation, although I'd recommend wearing thin, comfortable athletic wear. I also recommend coming during the weekday or when they're not as busy for massages because the space is totally open to the mani/pedi and reception area so you can hear all commotion and some street noise as well. Although for the price and quality of the massages I still find it totally worth it and relaxing. Would love to try one of their reflexology services next time. Enjoy!

Was pretty faithful to this Salon during Covid. It is a very clean place and they have really comfortable massage beds.
The owner can be pretty uptight and if something doesn't go right it seems more about how she feels than the customer. She did my eyebrows and I specifically said repeatedly please do NOT use scissors to cut my eyebrows just wax them. I look up and she was cutting my eyebrows! When I was dismayed I felt like I had to soothe her rather than her doing anything like apologizing for not listening to me or refunding the money.
Anyway it has been months and I am still waiting to grow out my eyebrows. Her daughter said to me oh trust me they look great -that is how you are supposed to do it. They may well be for her but in my half a century of living, I should know what is right for me. Pamperimg turned to stress.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - May 26, 2021
They do the best manicures and pedicures here! By far my roommates and I's favorite nail salon in SF. They also give great reflexology sessions. It's a family run business and everyone is incredibly sweet. I went in with an inspiration picture this afternoon and they replicated it perfectly, I love my nails!

Came here to get a full body massage. The staff was friendly and clean, everyone was wearing masks as well. It was very relaxing, especially for my head and neck. Unfortunately this place is on a busy street so you could hear traffic, but they play ambient music so it wasn't that distracting. I'd come again!
