Great service! We had a move out cleaning service needed for a 2bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment had very poor quality painting on the walls, so they left the walls alone but everything else from the floor, windows, window sills, counter top, bathrooms, cabinets, oven and fridge+ more were cleaned wonderfully! It took about 3 hours to perform the service and they had two people working on the job, we paid $350 for the 3 hour job. We just wanted to move out and have one less project to do as we had a lot on our plate and dollys cleaning provided stellar service and took some stress off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend, we respect the labor and efforts it took to clean the apartment and we honored the price they gave us, so please be respectful and honor their prices too! They are performing a service you aren't so understand that when you're reaching out for a cleaning service quote! Thanks again

This is an update, worse than I thought. This company and workers literally did a horrible job. Im not sure what they even cleaned, maybe the toilet. I was specific with what I wanted cleaned and it wasn't cleaned $240 plus $100 tip needs to be returned to me. They were in a rush to leave so I just looked and said ok, and they left. I was assuming that they would have done a great job based on the reviews but they didn't. Refund and Zelle my money back to me please. I should file a complaint with the BBB but I just want my money back. Next time I'll hire a professional cleaning crew for moving out.

One of the worst cleaning service ever used. If u live in a big house they will stay for hours on end. They came in to clean the front room and entrance took them 3 hours mind u my house is very organized kitchen took them another 3 hours. At the end they told us they never cleaned big house big as of 3000 sq ft house with two women. After 7 hours of being at my house I got bored and told them to leave.

Dolly's House Cleaning has saved me twice this year! I wish I was able to use them more often. I booked the house cleaning service once in February to have my home cleaned for Chinese New Year, and once more in April to have our empty home cleaned and readied for a new tenant to move in. Both times, I scheduled only about a week in advance because I would forget to reach out after all the things on my to-do list, but no worries, Dolly has my back and were able to accommodate!

Because I booked one-time services each time, the cleaners would come to my house, do a walk through with me to see identify the scope of the cleaning job, and call their manager for a time estimate on how long they think the job might take. The manager would communicate to me the price based on the estimated time. After the job was done and they checked that I was satisfied, the cleaning team would call the manager again to confirm the job was complete so the manager could calculate the price again.

I really appreciate their hard work and honesty. I had already written a check today based on the estimated price. Upon completion of the cleaning job, the team called their manager to tell them that they finished 30 minutes ahead of schedule, so the amount due was less than the check I had given them. They could have just taken the check and left, but they waited for me to write a new check for the lesser amount.

I love using them for house cleaning - great results for a great price!

Super easy to book called the company for a same day deep clean. I was added on the schedule a team arrived and did a fantastic job. I was comfortable enough to leave my key and let them clean. Came home to a shiny tub and bathroom sinks and shiny floors. I now have a new go to cleaner in San Leandro. Great service thank you ladies!

my experience with Dolly's House Cleaning was wonderful. I just had a deep cleaning done for the holidays and I will be signing up for regular service. I was able to schedule on fairly short notice, at a time convenient for me, and the two person crew did a terrific job! One of the owners came with the team for the first visit to assess everything, and the final quote matched what we discussed over the phone. I highly recommend Dolly's House Cleaning!
