The Navian Tankless hot water they installed is super user friendly. The temperature can be changed with a simple press
of the display panel on the front of the unit. The previous tankless which had been in yon the property required reading the manual, a call
for technical assistance, removal of the front panel and the location of the an unlabeled thing to change the temperature.....and there were only two settings.
The Navian offers any temperature choice desired. Superior product.

Contacted and sent pictures of the problem. I was told what to order. Scheduled installation. They arrived on time. Better pricing than a different company I had an estimate from. Item works well no problem. Very friendly and efficient.

I've had Don Nichols plumbing come out for a few difference needs thoughout the years. Every time it's been a wonderful experience. They are quick to get you set up with an appointment. Patient with you on the phone when you have pre appointment questions. The employees are all super nice and professional. The work that they do has always held up. Don Nichols Plumbing has come out to our house twice at the last minute to fix issues with our sinks and toilets. They have always been there for us and have unbeatable prices. Everyone at Don Nichols Plumbing is friendly and helpful.

We had a flood in the garage originating from a water softening filter. It was a minor nightmare that required only a minor repair. Rooter Hero came out and gave us an estimate of $720 for the work. We knew that was price gouging, so we had Don Nichols plumbing come out and take a look. They did the repair for $170. Guess who we'll call the next time we need plumbing help?

Third time using Don Nichols Plumbing, and every time, quick response, excellent, friendly service and clearly state your options to fix the problem. Had no hot water Friday, called and left a message, 2 hours later called again and Debbie said they were fully booked until Monday. Rats! An hour later she called back and said Jason was on his way to check it out. Jason & Brandon both showed up, diagnosed the problem with my 12+ yr. old heater, gave me the options of getting parts and fixing on Monday ($500), or installing new heater ($2,000) that same day. Of course opted for new heater since this one was at the end of its life anyway. Very nice guys, easy to talk to, don't sway you one way or the other...just lay out the facts so you can decide for yourself. Very honest, reliable company. Highly recommend them.

Don tightened all of our hard-to-reach wobbly sink faucets and didn't cry once. Fast, efficient, and good natured.

Excellent experience with this company, Clayton arrived 'on time' was personable and very professional. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate a company that takes care of people that have a 'small job' at a time when many companies won't bother with them.
Another point I would like to make is that Clayton cleaned up exceedingly well after the job was completed.
