Dr Armann & Dr Chase

For over 3 years, we've been consulting with doctors. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service from the office staff, particularly regarding billing and scheduling. I found myself obliged to pay $2500 for bills submitted to insurance claims 7-10 months after the fact, resulting in insurance companies rejecting them as too outdated for claims. The staff hasn't provided clear answers regarding these delayed expenses, leaving me to cover the costs. Even after paying the $2500, I received an additional $350 bill, rejected by insurance as too old, demanding out-of-pocket payment.

The front desk staff occasionally fails to answer calls for appointment cancellations. Moreover, there's consistently a lengthy wait time at the office before seeing a doctor.

We had Dr. Chase for just a few months before we moved out of the bay area and we still haven't found a new pediatrician that is as good as her. She truly was the perfect pediatrician and always made us feel so comfortable, didn't mind our HUGE list of questions as new parents, and was so, so friendly and sweet with our newborn.

Dr. Chase was our pediatrician on rotation at the hospital when our son was born and we ended up switching from the one we had originally selected to her... we were SO glad we did.

We spent our first 3 months as new, exhausted parents visiting her at the office and always felt like we were in good hands. The whole office staff was extremely friendly and made us feel like we belonged there even though we were transplants who JUST started coming in!

One day we accidentally had Dr. Armann in our appointment and he was also wonderful. He gave us great advice about bath time and reassured us we were doing fine.

Overall, would recommend Dr. Chase to any new parent (any parent, really). We miss her terribly!!

Dr Armann is truly one of a kind. We brought our son in to get circumcised and of course were absolutely scared. He was very calming and reassuring, he gave us the most informative tips as new parents as well as access to resources/content he creates for parents.

Will definitely visit him again

The best pediatrician care in bay area. Both doctors are amazing, and their office staff has the best bedside manner and are just lovely.

We love Dr. Armann and Dr. Chase. We're new parents and they've been really attentive with our many (lol) questions. When our son wasn't feeling well, we immediately got a virtual appointment that day and had clear answers about how to treat his pain. It's been very easy to schedule appointments as well.

One of the best pediatricians we've experienced in California the past 10years we've lived in California.

I had four kids in five years. I take all of them to Dr. Armann.

Here are some great reasons you need to take your kid(s) to Dr. Armann:

1. Dr Armann is excellent with kids. He's a natural and makes the kids (and parents) feel so welcome and at home. He's better with kids than most dads I know.

2. He is extremely wise in his profession with many years of experience and always is a good listener to the parents concerns, making him a great communicator with the parents and kids.

3. Every single member on staff here is a perfect fit for their office team. They are all so friendly, knowledgeable, gentle with kids, courteous, helpful, hard working, and above all - trustworthy.

I love my family. And it feels like family every time we come here. That is why we keep coming back.

I've been living in the Bay Area for 3 years now and I have finally found my kids doctor! I had been doing virtual appointments with our doctor down in LA since we moved here and had a absolutely TERRIBLE experience with another doctor. I heard a lot of that doctors patients are now coming to Doctor Chase and Doctor Armann's office from there. Hopefully they are out of business because the other doctor was terrible.
ANY WAY! We have been seeing Dr. Chase and couldn't be happier. She is SOOOOOOOOO kind and has a great bedside manners. She is thorough. I am the kind of parent who does in-depth research on- well.. everything. Especially medical topics so that I can better understand how to be advocate for them. And I have never felt crazy bringing up topics to talk about with her. She totally explains everything and makes my kids feel comfortable. She also suggested a type of Vaccine that could be inhaled instead of shot. Because my kids are so scared of needles!! My husband and I left the office with the kids feeling like we had been sent an actual Angel of a doctor.

Weird that we look forward to office visits now LOL.

Ha, I was almost done... but I should really Mention the office staff. Every single person we have interacted with has been VERY friendly and kind.
I know when choosing a doctor, the staff can ruin the experience completely. Luckily that's not the case here.

Thank you also to the office staff for always being welcoming. My kids and I appreciate it greatly.

We came here for my daughter's ear piercings. The staff was super friendly and Dr Chase was sure to answer any questions we might have had. They provided an ointment that they used to numb her ears so it wouldn't be so painful and made sure that I was happy with the exact spot they were going to pierce. At the end of the visit I received after care instructions. Very professional and sanitary. I'll be sure to recommend if anyone is looking to get their children's ears pierced.

Terrible. I had the strangest conversation with the receptionist. They do not take children who need second opinion. Like the previous comment stated, only healthy supposedly kids will be accepted.

We came here to get my daughters ears pierced. I'm so glad I came here instead of a ear piercing place. It was less expensive and I felt more comfortable due to COVID. The staff is sooooo nice here. So much so that I wish I didn't have Kaiser insurance and could actually bring my kids here for their appointments.

The ear piercing was so fast. It took longer to Mark the spot than to pierce the ear.
