I always wants to have a Trailer hitch installed in my car. I send a message and Jamie called me back. I set up the installation and they did a fantastic job. Gave me a fair price for the parts and labor. Good job and highly recommended.

This is an update from my previous post.

About a month ago Ken and his "mechanics" installed an icon lift kit on my 5th gen 4Runner with KDSS. The installation seemed ok until I had an alignment by another "off-road shop".
During the install I received a call from the shop manager who told me the kit was installed incorrectly. They had the adjust a few things before doing the alignment. The manager also told me the wheels were balanced incorrectly stating they added way too many balancing beads. I will have to rebalance all tires/wheels this week. I added a couple of photos that included notes from the shop and one of the wheels with way too many balancing beads.
If I could give this shop no stars I would.
I strongly believe "510 Offroad" is not an off-road shop.
They put me and my passengers in danger. Luckily no parts that they were installed failed.

I have brought the truck in to 510 on three separate occasions - each with a new upgrade. First was for side steps and grille/raptor light installs. The next was for a tonneau cover, bed extender, and rear step install.

The latest visit was for an Eibach lift kit, Prinsu roof rack install, and new wheels and tires. Each visit was seamless. Their professionalism and consultative approach was very helpful when I just couldn't decide what I wanted.

I love the way the truck ended up and will definitely be going back for any future work. Thanks to Ken for the help getting my taco right!!

Was going in for a lift kit and tire upgrade on my car. They sounded very knowledgeable about jeep jk upgrade and install and very helpful. Ken would reply to me any time of the day and he has a fast response.

They also informed me about my brakes going bad and need some replacement soon so I also did that. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone who's looking to beef up their offroad rig(s)

This is an update from my previous review. I would not recommend this shop for CMC. Some open spots and now the plate 510 placed is starting to rust!

I'm really disappointed at this shops work.

Couldn't be happier with 510 Offroad. They price matched and ordered a set of 35's, installed the Westcott designs 3/1 lift, extended rear brake lines, brake flush, mount, balance, and do an alignment in one day. I will definitely come back to install a front bumper, winch, and roof rack!

When my truck was stolen I ended up attacking my mid life crisis the only way a weirdo like me would...I bought a 2003 Honda Element...and lifted it.

Of course for such a task I want to find someone not just to properly install my Aerogenics lift kit, but someone to maintain my new car for the long haul. Enter Jamie.

Called and talked to him about my car and what I'm looking to do. Made an appointment and he had the ride for a few days. Installation of said lift kit, new struts, front lower control arms....everything I'd need to make sure the lift was done properly. "Do anything you see that needs fixing..." I said. These types of statements are usually mechanic bait to replace x, y, z, a, b, AND c....fortunately the Element was as well kept as it was advertised, and nothing else was needed. GREAT! Now I knew I'd come back for anything else. Out the door a day earlier than expected at a reasonable price that represented the quality and value of the work performed.

As I write this review for my first experience, my cat converter was stolen yesterday and had my ride towed to 510Customs and am awaiting insurance to tell me the damage. Jamie here we go!

I was looking for a level (or a lift if my budget allowed) for my 2002 Tundra 4x4. My truck is my baby and it took me a lot of online research and talking with a few different 4x4 shops before I finally chose 510 Customs. I chose them because of their friendliness, their finance options and finally because they are partnered with an actual mechanic shop.

Jaime is super friendly, patient and a no pressure kind of guy. He answered all of my many questions and emails about parts, process and cost. I specifically wanted to level out my rake without spacers (other shops were quick to throw spacer kit recommendations at me) and Jaime was sure to research and recommend quality US made parts to fit within this scope. He never recommended things I didn't need just to make a buck - only parts and work that would be beneficial in the long run. For this time around, I opted for 3" adjustable struts with new CV axles. His shop is fair, professional, courteous and walked me through the work done.

I was so nervous when I dropped her off to have "cosmetic" work done BUT was very excited and happy with the outcome! The install went great with no issues and she looks and drives awesome. My next suspension upgrades will all be done with 510 Customs. Thank you!

I brought in my 2019 4Runner Off-Road to have an icon stage 3 kit with wheels (Method 307)/tires (KO2) installed. Ken and his crew did a great job.

True craftsmanship and professionals. I brought my 2015 Silverado Z71 to Jaime for a leveling kit. The turnaround was quick and right the first time. Be prepared to get bit by the bug. He is definitely not your ordinary parts installer. 100% above the rest. Absolutely impressed with the exemplary service. Will recommend every time. Kurt, Fremont Ca.

P.s He rolled wheels out to allow me to see what the next step will look like.

I've used 510 to install various upgrades to my 4x4. Brush guard, pocket fender flares, 3 undercarriage skid plates, off road led lights, and a high end aluminum tonneau cover. Plus, I had them remove the front air dam on the truck. I waited until all the work was completed and had a chance to put some miles on my truck before writing this review. I gotta say I'm very pleased with results. The price was very reasonable and their workmanship was excellent. They obviously take pride in their work. I don't write many reviews but these guys rock. I'll definitely use them for future projects.
